Chow mein undercooked. Fried rice hard. One employee had to tell the serving coworker to add more food as it appeared she was intentionally rationing. We are not anglo and feel like that was the server's bias.
Thought we would treat our daughters tonight to panda express. I had to work late and my wife has been pretty sick lately and hasn’t been up to cooking, but she had to be out late with our youngest daughter. While out, she placed an order at approximately 6:30 PM. Unfortunately, when she arrived about an hour later (the scheduled pickup time), they told her that they were out of food. Not only did no one bother to call us before hand, before we made the trip over there, but they also told us they couldn’t even give us a refund and we had to call another number to try to arrange it. 15 minutes on the phone and we still don’t have it resolved. Now I’m sitting here with two hungry children trying to figure out what we’re going to do just a few minutes before bedtime. Absolutely unacceptable.

We went in last night and they were very very busy and everybody was laughing and smiling and doing their due diligence and working. Getting customers what they needed and out the door. We’re very patient people and Ashley and her team went above and beyond acknowledging us while waiting and just being super friendly. Definitely will be back again. The chow mein was only cabbage or whatever that vegatble they mix it with is. there was no noodles at all. I can’t believe you would serve that to someone with good conscience lol that’s sad.

Our family went to eat at Panda Express this morning in Turkey Creek after our daughter's soccer game. We went right when they opened. The staff that opened the store were AMAZING! The lady who greeted us and took our order was so kind and sweet. She made us feel so welcome and made sure we had everything we needed even after she brought our food to the table. And when we left, one of the young men also working was generous enough to thank us for coming and told us to have a great rest of our day. The whole experience was wonderful. I normally don't have the time to write reviews, but this made my morning and I couldn't wait to go home and take a few minutes to write this review. The world is a better place with people like those two.

I went in at a very busy time. They were running low on a lot of different things, but the lady who worked upfront, Hannah, offered me extra portions and a drink for free to make up for the fact that they were a little low on options. She made sure to help me feel happy with what I was getting.

The food's a little pricey, but the quality is always consistent and the service is really good. If you're looking for an Asian fusion restaurant, where the entire family will find something they like, then I definitely recommend Panda Express.

First time to Panda Express just cause I love Chinese food and i just wasn’t sure. But i decided to give it a try today and i pulled in kinda late so felt bad but staff was super nice and there was plenty of food!! Got home ate it and man it’s good stuff! Will definitely be back!
