Erin deserves so much praise, recognition and a raise!! Pregnant and ordering at 8 pm, she was so kind, informative and just all around awesome while taking my order and helping me at the window. Food industry, especially drive thru, is not necessarily easy. The rudeness and impatience of customers can be very taxing. Erin exemplifies what it is to be kind and helpful in the drive thru! The young man at the window gave food service but not customer service. I worked in food service for over 20 years and, yes, my income was based on tips so my personality is what made my $$. I'm not saying he should do all that but when did saying 'thank you' or 'please come again' get too much to say to the public that essentially contribute to their paycheck???.....
I just wanted to thank you for your kindness and wonderful customer service during our lunch visit today. My son was hoping for chow mein, but since it was mostly cabbage, he chose rice instead. You went out of your way to have a fresh batch of noodles made and brought it out personally.
