Absolute joke management is unprofessional and does not know how door dash orders work or is an outright liar.Ordered through DoorDash almost a hour goes by the dasher waited over 15 mins to then be told sesame chicken, 2 egg rolls and fried rice large plate and Rangoon are all unavailable. Order was accepted by restaurant. Dasher was notified and went to pick up the order. we called the restaurant ourselves. We explained the situation and was put on the phone with the manager. She informed us that they were in fact out of all of those items for the night and would not make more. Our response was that they shouldn’t have accepted the order if they were out and they needed to cancel the order on their end so that we would be issued a refund and our dasher would still be paid. The restaurant is at fault for not having the items listed and accepting the order in the first place. Her response was that we needed to do it on our end and call door dash and ask for a refund. And that she would not cancel the order. We explained that that is not how it works, and being former bar owners who used door dash they have the option to cancel orders on their side and again it shouldn’t have been accepted if they didn’t have the items. She was very rude and said she couldn’t do that and that’s all she had to say.So now, we’re currently being told by DoorDash that since the order was accepted by the restaurant and the dasher arrived to pick it up, we can’t cancel it on our end for a refund. The restaurant is responsible in the first place. Horrible customer service. Door dash verified all this to still be true and stated the restaurant was indeed in the wrong and would be forwarding this experience to their corporate contacts as will I. Do better or give your job to someone that cares you are the problem with the world today.

*update*After spending 40 minutes on the phone with DoorDash, we were able to get a refund and our dasher was able do be paid. After speaking with customer service, we were told that the restaurant absolutely has the power on their end to not only cancel orders, but to update items that are 86 for the night, which they should have been doing.Ordered through DoorDash. Ordered sesame chicken, 2 egg rolls and fried rice large plate and Rangoon. Order was accepted by restaurant. Dasher was notified and went to pick up the order. When he arrived, we were notified by the dasher that the restaurant was out of fried rice, egg rolls, and sesame chicken. COCKROACHES IN THE FOOD! Thankfully I received a refund after finding a cockroach in my food but the manager Michaela said she is aware of the infestation and there’s nothing she can do. She was also extremely rude. Don’t go to the Broadway location!

This used to be the place for Asian food. But the past couple times I’ve ordered from here it’s been very average at best. I order online for delivery and half the time the order isn’t correct. Didn’t get my egg rolls or coke this evening. Very disappointing. And the food was half the serving I normally get. Plus kinda cold ??
We ordered 1 bowl 1 plate with 2 drinks the woman at the cash register mistakenly charged us for 2 bowls instead of one with the plate.We set the tray at the table and walked back to.the cash register. The Manager came and said I can't get in the register the only way to get you 9.07$ back is to go online. I said what! After a 3 min argument and snatching the receipt out of my hand she finally gave the cash back .Totally unprofessional and a liar.
