I've ordered delivery twice from Panda Express (thru GrubHub), and they have missed an item both times. First, my broccoli beef entrée, now my Sprite. I don't have confidence that they can fulfill a delivery order properly.

Edit: Third time, didn't get my eggroll or my Sprite.

Summer hours 10:30 AM to 2 PM Monday through Friday

Got our order door dashed and found a metal piece along with multiple hairs in my food. Can’t reach anyone via phone.

Instead of asking me if I wanted something else, they just didn't give me half my meal, then wouldn't talk to me after I came back.

Went there for the first time. Was met with a hostile and rude attitude from the female working behind the counter. I told her I wanted beef and broccoli she said they didn’t have that. Then she rudely said “you don’t know what you want???”

The ladies at panda give next level service. They are always so quick and so polite and kind hearted. I went to panda and the way they talk to you just feels like they really care about their customers. Furthmore the food is always hot and fresh and tastes better than any panda I have ever been to. Highly recommended

Everytime I have got food from this panda it has been absolutely inedible and completely burnt. I used to come here all the time last year and loved it but it has gone downhill.

Miss thing with no teeth can’t cook. My food was mushy and flavorless. The man up front apologized on behalf of her and was very kind. I recommend you fire her and give him a raise if you want your business to last. Hope you can get your stuff together, but I won’t be the one coming back to see.

One of the managers, I believe his name is Ahmed or something stupid like that was extremely rude to his employees over absolutely nothing. Someone should really take this guy to some anger management classes because he is unprofessional and out of control
