I went to panda Express location at 9:30 PM, while both their website and app clearly state they close at 10:00 PM. To my surprise, the doors were already locked. I called the store, and they confirmed they close at 10, yet the door was shut well before that.
If they plan to close earlier than the posted hours, they should update their online information. It’s frustrating to waste time showing up only to find the place already closed. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back

I've been to this place twice now and the tables are always dirty. I've had to wipe the tables clean myself before I sit to eat and the Asian cashier lady is always in a bad mood. Grumpy and snappy at customers. Today I witnessed her being rude with a intellectually disabled man who simply asked for a egg roll.. this bothered her and she raised her voice at him telling him that they were cooking more in the kitchen and he'd have to wait. The food is ok here but this place needs someone cleaning the tables and better customer service at the cashier. Don't think I'll be back here anytime soon.

The woman behind the counter blatantly walked past several times after serving everyone in line and then when I came up decided not to take my order! The boys were super nice but the young lady needs to check her attitude!

Don’t go here if you can go to a different one. They will ignore you even if you are picking up a mobile order. They have a sign o the wall that indicates where to pick up the orders and still will ignore and make you wait in line to get your food. Don’t have a sign on the walls saying online orders if I need to wait in line.

This place used to be so much better. I don't know why she is, but the short Asian lady (sorry, I do not know any other way to describe her) is always short with other guests and myself. I prefer using their drive thru because of it... I hate their drive thru...

Waited for over 5 minutes while they took care of online orders. Then when getting close to have our order in-store taken they run out of the items intended to order.

The employees are so friendly but they’re always understaffed after 8pm. The drive through easily takes 20 minutes. Repeatedly. Any night after 8pm. It’s annoying. Again, not the employees fault. But there’s not enough staff to provide efficient service.

Ordered the teriyaki chicken. As the lady cut the breast, she noticed it wasn't fully cooked, sat that portion aside for a moment to consider her next move, and then proceeded to cut and plate it. Ordered orange chicken to put with it. Mostly fat chunks. I am thankful to have not seen anything crazy with the fried rice.
Liked Panda when I was younger, but it got pretty bad in my hometown. Since I recently relocated states away, I figured I'd give them a shot. I should have known better and won't be back.
