I got a plate, consisting of two meats and a side. My meat choices are almost always better than their competitors but Panda's rice was drier than normal and not very flavor-able. I would normally give 4 stars but this time I can't bring myself to do it. The quality of the side is just as important as the meats. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the store was very clean so I would really have to give it a 3.5.

It was fairly busy and I understand that however when I was checking out with a gift card the woman checking me out was plain rude and being very harsh when I didn’t scan the barcode on the back of the gift card within seconds of her handing it back to me. I got robbed by this location of both my time, and money. I ordered on the app. I arrived in a hurry, 2 mins after quoted finish time. I was told they were waiting on one of my items, and to sit, and they would bring it out to me. I sat for just over 20 minutes. The item i was waiting on, was prepared, then served to other new customers in line. I came back up, they were still out of my item. I had ran out of time to eat, before i had to be back at work.
