Employee Roberto at store 3370 is too busy to pay attention to simple instructions at the drive through and he was snippy and rude when I explained he didn't have the order correct. No reason to get testy with the customer when you didn't pay attention when the customer was giving you the order. No excuse for his attitude whatsoever.

I lovee the Clinton hwy location!! Eveytime I go they are so friendly and the food is hot and fresh. The chicken teriyaki is wayy better at this location too is like they get that nice grilled flavor everywhere unlike the Broadway location. Plus I've fed my family of 4 for less than 40 dollars here and we've had leftovers for the next day. I will keep going here just for the friendly staff alone!! If you've had a bad experience I'm sorry but so far all mine has been amazing here!!

Everyone was really nice. The food was just okay. The lobby could of used some cleaning.
Was greets within one minute of walking in. The side dish I chose came with a 5 min wait. I dined in and feel I got more protein than I did when I last came through the drive through. The meal was hot and tasty. I always get the super greens and this time I heard the manager tell them to add more seasoning. You should continue this. It was a bit heavy on the salt but I much preferred it this way vs the bland watery taste. Justin the cook did not stop working the entire time I was dining. The staff did have some time complaints while I was there and seemed to handle them professionally. Will eat here again.

Be aware! While the food and quality of everything seemed good, they have some really bad habits of eating behind the counter and allowing people on break to continue to wear their gloves while they bounce between the grill and eating hand to mouth. Beware, beware, beware!!! I spoke to the manager, and he just acknowledged what I was saying, but did not seem to take anything seriously. I hope I am wrong and that they will change some of these habits.

I use the app for almost all of our Panda Express orders and we get great service, good food, and they actually act like they are happy we are choosing them. You do not get that everywhere.

When you can hit a drive through and get some of the most delicious teriyaki chicken in the history of teriyaki chicken it deserves a row of 5 stars. And the apple roll dessert is something to experience for those of us afflicted with the sugar craving. Amazing food for the price.

I placed 3 orders on the app. I bought the $30 gift card from panda express online. I tried to use it on the app but it would not accept it. I had to use it in store. The cashier, Grecia, I believe was her name, was very unfriendly and repeatedly remarked (at least 5 times) during my order and upon receiving my order that they will close the lobby at 9:30 SHARP. I wanted to order different kinds of chicken for our family meal but she told me their kitchen was closed even though their drive through did not close for another hour. I had to settle for chicken I do not like. I had placed my first orders at 8:37 and did not receive them until after 9:10pm-9:15pm Which only gave my wife, 5 children and I less than 20 minutes to eat because she made clear we needed to leave at 9:30 SHARP.

First time that Panda has disappointed me. When I order broccoli beef, i expect to get some beef. They were out of many dishes and served the bottom bits. Which explains why I got mostly broccoli.But other than that, the location was clean
