Online it says they open at 6:30am. On the door it says they open at 6:30am. I watched as the manager and workers walked around the restaurant and refused to open the door. The door was locked and we stood there for 21 minutes - from 6:30 to 6:51 - waiting for them to open it, since they saw all of us standing there. They never opened the door, they never even came to the door. It’s rude and unprofessional. Your business hours are listed clearly, yet this place is never open. EVERYTIME I’ve tried to eat here, it’s closed when it says it’s supposed to be open.

And so I arrive around 7:50 am to get my coffee for which I pay the monthly premium, and the doors are LOCKED. A homemade sign on the door says opens at 10:30 am. Do you know how much I hate wasting my time to come to a place that's NOT OPEN??? For gosh sake just BE CONSISTENT. If you don't open until 10:30 am then update your app so I don't have to waste my time again. After visiting several Panera Restaurants around here trying to get coffee I'm guessing the whole chain is heading for bankruptcy soon. You can't operate a successful business in this manner and hope to survive. Panera is a lackluster excuse for a coffee shop and offers extremely overpriced mediocre food.

Came in for breakfast only to be told they don't serve breakfast anymore despite being on a college campus. Furthermore, I ordered my food for here and it was given to me in a bag. I think this location in particular is the worst Panera I have have ever been to as they consistently disappoint me.

Ok clean location, just one working kiosk. PARKING is horrible, Panera has about 5 spots in front of building but it doesn’t say anything about not using other spaces in the shopping center. DO NOT PARK in the other spaces of the shopping center. The shops are vacant but the parking company is watching and will boot your car in 2 minutes. $75 to get it released! Ridiculous business!!
