Used to be a good place for coffee with some friends but we will not come back to this location again . Had a bad experience at this location. This location has a failure in product quality and also bad customer service . The manager have not handle the situation professionally .

The quality of food at Panera is consistent. I don’t expect Panera to be fast food but I have never had to wait 30 minutes. I looked at the kitchen prep area thinking maybe they weed short staffed but they had the usual 4/5. Poorly trained and managed? Maybe.

Couldn't leave a review without picking a star. All zeros. Picture on the left is what it was suppose to look like. The one on the right is what I got. To the Guy making the sandwich, you need to get off the freaking phone and make the damn sandwich I asked for.

My favorite place for soup. I love their tomatoe soup. I do ask for extra Croutons. This is not your average tomatoe soup. It's excellent.

So the food from Panera is amazing. However the cleanliness and the service is a completely different story. I had a rapid pick up scheduled for 12pm today and at 12:20 I cancelled it for various reasons. For one it still wasn’t done and it was scheduled to be picked up at 12 but yet was still 7 orders down. But probably more disgusting that that was as an employee touching her eyelashes with her gloves on then continuing to make food. And behind their computer screens (right over food) was dust so thick that it doesn’t look like it was ever cleaned. Never saw an employee washing hands either.

This is the second time I have been to this Panera. The first time was for an office party to pick up coffee and bagels. The order was late. 30 minutes beyond the promised time. This time I ordered a coffee and a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. 20 minute later I still don’t have it and my name dropped from #3 to the bottom of the board. Then they gave me the wrong sandwich. I had to change the order to take away because of how long it took. I was the only customer there when I ordered. When I got to work it was the wrong sandwich. They refunded the money, but now I have no breakfast to eat because I don’t eat what was on the sandwich I got.
My favourite "you pick two" combo, cheddar broccoli soup and roma asiago chicken sandwich.

I just left Panera bread , I ordered my you pick 2 and a Smoothie and a treat and I waited for 10 minutes , the lady told me I’m number 4 in line , there is literally one person working in the kitchen , I had to cancel my order due to a very long wait time . I went to the register to cancel and there is also only one person working and this lady is taking an order of 20 pastries. Made me late for work , I don’t have a cancellation receipt , and they said it takes 48-72 hours to have the cancellation posted in my bank account. slowest service of my life .

Great Food and really helpful people. I found out that you Can't use a Gift Card on the app. You have to order and take the gift card to the restaurant to use it. Other than that,, I was well pleased with the sandwichs.
