We ordered their new pretzel bagel sandwich and cheddar broccoli soup. The soup was just warm, not hot. The bagel sandwich was NOTHING like they pictured it on TV! We both only had three TINY pieces of chicken on the sandwich! It was mainly bagel and lettuce! It took an exceptionally long time to get our food. To be fair, they were busy. My husband called the manager after we got home and he apologized and offered to give us a free meal if we came back. He was correct about one thing. We should have complained right then and there. The sandwiches were good if they would have had more meat on them. This is the first time we have had poor service at the Fountain City Panera Bread location.
Extremely slow service. The asiago bagel sandwich was good, though.

I eat at the Fountain City Panera often. Usually the food is good, but today not so much. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad and basically got a plain salad with taco strips on top. See the photo of what is advertised and what I was served. Very disappointed 😞

I was in there last week and it looked like a cyclone had hit the front kitchen area,
I already order cinnamon crunch bagel on the tablet or whatever it tasted great and then I wanted to go ask for a cup for water I was waiting for a good minute first in line while they kept continue to do their task as if I didn’t exist a line started to form behind me even that not an employee would come to the register so I just left to get a water bottle from my car it took literally a minute to do when I came back they were taking orders like what then later on I went up to the register to order the blueberry the bagel tasted so bad

Food is Panera good. Service is fast. The menu has changed and my favorite sandwich is no longer available. The dining room shows signs of wear. Would recommend a deep cleaning or a refresh/remodel.

Very impressed with the service and food on a recent carry out order. There was no line and the service was fast, the food was delicious. I signed up for Panera rewards and got three free months of "sip club", where I can go every day hours and get a free drink. Plus, everyday there is a free reward on my account and they are not insubstantial. It's worth the short drive for quality, clean, tasty food at a reasonable price. ❣️

Far and away the worst Panera in the region. Service is laughably bad. Employees are rude and snippy OR nice but incredibly inefficient. Too few places to plug in a lappy. Always something important missing or empty in coffee area. If you have a choice, go to West or, preferably, Bearden. Bearden da bomb, yo.

I worked here. the management team is honestly amazing. but two employees have chased out a few other employees, and made up rumors about me to get me fired. HR is a joke and will fire people just so they don't have to deal with it. esp if you are a minority or part of the lgbt community. they claim to support us, but fire us. I should file a lawsuit but I've found employment that actually pays. so yeah. if you meet Olivia Brown or Kaitlyn Oliver, don't be fooled. they're terrible people. best of luck!!
