The girl working the pick up counter, Olivia had a very bad attitude. Cleared my drink order from the board without filling the order, or putting out the drink, when I asked her to fill it with the charged lemonade they have behind the counter she told me to go upfront and ask them because she was "too busy", even though she was literally doing nothing but watching her co-workers fill orders. I pay for this monthly service, and am not happy at this point.

After waiting in line for 1 cashier to check out multiple people, I finally received my salad only to find a piece of MOUSE and MOUSE LEG in the salad. The manager refunded our money and offered another meal, but we won't be going back.

Waited at the counter, for almost 20 minutes for someone to take our order. It was well before lunch, and did not seem that busy. Yet, no one greeted us, or apologized for the wait. They did not adhere to any specific details about the order, but overall the food was good. Unlikely to return.

Rather slow, took 20 minutes to get a toasted bagel to go then it was tough and cold with rock-hard butter.Disability access really poor, they couldn't hand me the food or set it where I could reach it, the lady set it on the top counter and called me to get it. I'm in a wheelchair.
