The lady calling out the names for the orders at the counter today was very rude. I paid for a bowl of soup and only received maybe a cups worth… I was TOLD to go buy another bowl if I wanted more soup. My family and I have dined at this location several times. This will be our last time we visit here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone due to the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this employee.
Stood for at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When the girl finally came over to the register to take our order she slammed the register like she was angry and said, rewards ( angrily) We said no and she said , Order! By that time , I told my husband , this is so unacceptable and we left!!!! And…. The place looked very dirty! While we were waiting I saw a worker hike her foot up on a counter to tie her shoe🤮Needless to say we won’t be going there again!!!
Tried to eat here last night. They were out of bagels and baguettes, and after we finally found something to eat, the kiosk wouldn’t accept our payment. We left in frustration. This is the second time in as many weeks that we’ve been disappointed because of food listed on the menu that was “sold out.” Don’t anticipate returning anytime soon, which is sad because Panera used to be one of my favorite places to eat.
