This place is filthy! The dining room was a wreck with garbage everywhere. Carpets are old and dirty. The kitchen was worse. Staff present like they hate their jobs. All their food is now microwaved and nothing is cooked there. So sad what happened to this place. A bowl of soup and a smoothie is almost $17!

The lady calling out the names for the orders at the counter today was very rude. I paid for a bowl of soup and only received maybe a cups worth
 I was TOLD to go buy another bowl if I wanted more soup. My family and I have dined at this location several times. This will be our last time we visit here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone due to the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this employee.

Panera is Panera but
 this one isn’t good. The restaurant and bathrooms are filthy. There are so many people on laptops - taking up large tables - that people wanting to eat aren’t able to sit down. Do not recommend stopping here!

I’ve been seen a restaurant as dirty and concerning as this Panera. I’ve never in my life reported a place to their corporate HQ but took the time to do so after a recent stop here due to truly concerning healthy and safety violations. The soda machine tray and tray nozzle are covered in mold, the lid and sugar tray is covered grim, bathrooms unattended in disarray, etc.

Panera Bread is a reliable spot when you’re in the mood for something quick but a little fresher than typical fast food. The menu has a solid variety—soups, salads, sandwiches—and most items taste consistent from visit to visit. The broccoli cheddar soup is still a standout, and the bakery items are usually fresh.

That said, the experience can be hit or miss. The quality of certain items varies depending on the location and time of day. Service is generally friendly, but wait times can be longer than expected, especially during peak hours. The dining area is usually clean, though it can get crowded and noisy.

Overall, Panera is a decent choice for a casual meal with healthier options, but it doesn’t always live up to its slightly higher price point. A solid 3.5 stars.

I’m never coming back here. I came for lunch and somehow got dinner instead because it took OVER AN HOUR for my FAST FOOD. Don’t waste your time—go somewhere else!

This place is ran horribly. More than 2 customers and they fall apart. Been waiting on my food for 25 minutes now. Lots of other better and quicker restaurants to eat at in this strip. Don't go here.

Took 1 hour. Duplicate salads contained croutons or bread pieces, onion soup not full and had no croutons nor cheese. Disappointed

Disappointing. Panera, corporate and management: please help your staff. They are working very hard and I hope you know that but the systems in place for placing online orders clearly is a problem because you’re getting too many orders for you to fulfill in a timely manner. I placed an order a day ago for a pick up order scheduled at 11:45 AM. When I arrived there, they had just started working on that order and I didn’t get my order until 12:05 PM. The employees were busy and clearly working hard and diligently. This is more of a systems problem. To the staff that works at this location, I give you a huge round of applause and wish I could tip you more because you guys did great! Way to hustle!

Of note for all Panera locations: what is with the smell? It gives me a headache every time I enter one of your stores as if something is burning, but that something does not smell good to me and I don’t know how anyone has an appetite when they go there.
