This used to be one of my go-to lunch spots. 12 months ago I used to be able to put in my order on the app and swing by to pick it up 15 minutes later. Now, they’re backed up at lunch time nearly every time I come in. I’ve nearly stopped eating here because of how badly long the wait has become. The app says your order will be ready in 10-15 minutes, and then you arrive and your order is 3 pages away from even starting to be prepared. It’s so frustrating. I don’t know whether they are understaffed or need to expand their kitchen, but something needs to change for the better to speed up these wait times.

NICEST STAFF / BEST & CLEANEST PANERA that I have been to! There was even one female employee that on more than one occasion was always offering to help, to take away the dishes & trash from our tables, etc. I am a rewards member and been coming to Panera since 2005, and I have been all over the country to Panera, and this is definitely the best one!

I can't say enough good about the this Panera!! I had oral surgery this morning so ordered dinner for both me & my husband, but when he went to pick it up, they couldn't find the order. I had accidentally submitted the order for tomorrow night instead of tonight. The Manager (sorry! my husband didn't catch your name) & Marcus gladly moved the order to tonight & immediately prepared our food. Definitely going to be at the top of our list of our go-to's!

The chicken bacon avocado sandwich was awesome. The bread was delicious snd I usually dont care about the bread. A little expensive but wanted good, clean food.

My husband picked up breakfast for us this morning, he got confused on where to pick up and the cashier he spoke to wasn’t helpful. Also very disappointed in the Asiago bagel I got, looks nothing like it should. I worked for Panera years ago and this would not be an acceptable product to sell.
