Location is now closed permanently as I found out April 24. I had just bought a yearly sip club membership a month ago and now the nearest location is even further away. This was a franchise location and over the past few months it has been very poorly run. Maybe if they kept regular hours and allowed people to always dine and use a register they would still be in business. It has been frustrating as sometimes you could dine in and sometimes not. Sometimes they had a cashier and sometimes not. Sometimes they would be open to 6 but then at the last minute close at 3.Customers dwindled over the past few months due to this. Did the owners not think this would be BAD for business? I will miss this location but they certainly hastened their own demise.

Great tasting tomato soup and half tuna sandwich. Bread for a side was impossible to bite into. Was I supposed to dip into soup? I only thought of that now. Next time I will try dipping hardtack bread into soup to soften it up before biting into it. Wife had a salad. (2) water cups. $22. Yikes. (Fun fact: Mcallister’s brings the food to customer table for about the same $.)

Not the best experience at all. I ordered a chicken noodle soup bread bowl. I’m very sick and that’s the only thing that sounded good to me. I got my order and didn’t look at it till I got home only to notice that my bread bowl meal was missing something. THE ACTUAL BREAD BOWL. No curbside or delivery. Not a good location pay your employees a livable wage so you can take down the short staffed signs

Went there for lunch today. Service was good. The line was super long and only one person ringing in orders. They were efficient at their job. The people making the food were slammed with Togo orders that seemed to have priority over in house orders. So our food took awhile to appear. This was my first time getting soup not in a bread bowl, the soup seemed like it was warmed up in the microwave and my bowl was hot. Didn’t seem like the quality I’m used to with here.

Dined in at Panera 12-29 and it was a bad experience. There was no one to take your order, all done by Kiosk. The food was unacceptable. My wife had soup and almost had to eat it with a fork, it was so thick. Ordered grilled cheese and they tasted like cheese whiz. The quality of the food has gone way downhill. We will not be visiting this restaurant again. Price was extravagant for what was ordered.

I’m blown away at how far downhill Panera in Turkey creek has gone. No one to talk to just an arrow when you walk in that says order at kiosk. Rn only 1 out of 3 kiosks are open!!! Wow if that one goes down I guess they are out of business for the rest of tonight. No one is around to help or they are too busy to help. One particular girl I asked if she could turn the music down. She had an attitude about it like it was such an inconvenience, went and turned the volume down one notch if at all. Then after Trying to concentrate for sometime I asked someone else to please turn the music down. She actually did it. French onion soup was lukewarm. In general really did not feel like that warm inviting quiet cozy spot I used to know.

Only open for to go orders! Hard to enjoy free Wi-Fi, cafe atmosphere, savor a pastry and coffee if you're shoved right back out the door. Lots of people come to Panera to meet and gather, or do some work and stay for a while. Open your dining room!

I had the half chicken chipotle avocado melt, half grilled mac & cheese sandwich, and the green passion smoothie. All were pretty delish! The mac & cheese sandwich bread was burnt (except for one side that escaped peril — pictured below), so I had to pick it off and then eat the sandwich. Otherwise, no complaints.

For whatever reason, I have never felt like this location cares very much whether you come here or not. Very much an “anti-work” vibe. Hours are unpredictable and shortened, restaurant is not well cared for and it’s often Kiosk only. I joined their unlimited sip club but, frankly it’s such a chore to use it, I won’t renew next month. This is a shame because I like Panera. Hopefully things improve as the economy forces more folks to work

Even though there was a long line to order, it felt like no time at all before we were ordering. The Panera crew have great service and our food was properly prepared. I will be back!

This location is never open past 2:00. Don't waste your time coming after then. The service and food are always a 10/10

Dining room has continuously been closed for months now. Kiosk wasn’t even accepting login and you could only check out as guest. Management really needs to figure what in the world is going on with this Panera. TERRIBLE!

The dining room closed at 3pm on a weekday. Many other dining choices in the area so we did not stay.

Been coming to Panera for over 15 years. This is the worse one I’ve ever been to. No one at the front. We stood awkwardly at the front for 4-5 minutes before someone said you have to order at the kiosk. The dining room is closed? Not 100% sure why and to top it off the employees don’t wash their hands when done in the rest room. Seems to be run by teens doing whatever they want. Won’t be coming back
