I called to simply order a pizza while i was at a house that isn’t currently where i live or in the area i live and the guy i talked to on the phone asked for my zip code and i wasn’t quite sure so i replied with im not quite sure then went to my phone to figure out what the zip code was but after i replied im not quite sure he replied with “you gotta know your stuff big man”. In my opinion that was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional completely. Don’t order from this place if you are expecting respect and professionalism from the staff. I love papa john’s so i am 100% not hating for no reason as i am leaving a 5 star in the food department but that disrespectful comment makes me want to never order from this specific papa john’s ever again.

Ordered online ham sausage pepperoni and medium cheese and got two cheese pizzas called the store they asked for a picture which I happily sent to them and they told me it was under the cheese ripped cheese off guess what no topping they didn’t wanna give me a refund which I never asked for I just wanted the right pizza that I paid for the staff is lazy and makes excuses just to so they don’t have to remake a pizza they messed up don’t order pizza from this location

Nice pizza, but no seats for customers to eat their pizzas or chill. And the guys there use their bare hands to make pizza, then return to their phones, and then the pizza without washing their hands. Terrible.

save your time and money for literally anything else . ordered ONE pizza at 11:56 and it's now 1:21 with no delivery . called the local branch and the manager tells you exactly what u can read in the single tracking email they send. DONT GO HERE . can't even guarantee itll show up and I don't even wanna know what the quality is like IF it gets here.

Tried to order pizza for my employees to be sent and instead of sending a delivery driver from Papa John's they tried to send it through DoorDash which I hate because I don't use doordash for a reason. I do not trust DoorDash drivers I've never had a good experience with them. Also when I called to cancel my order whoever answered my call was super rude and I don't even know if I have a confirmation that my order was canceled because it still showing on my account that it processed. Rude all around. Do not recommend!

Karen is rude and admits to sleeping with my boyfriend and father of my child, she has brought my daughter's name and gaslights me and my little girl saying we aren't a family even though me and my family live together and are together every day and night, she makes fun of me for mental disabilities and gives out her work location like a child and told of friend of mine to meet her out front to fight. She makes the restaurant trashy just like she is for being proud about being a homewrecker and stirring up strife in my family and little girls life.
