Papa Johns Pizza

Went to grab the pizza we had ordered which had 7 epic stuffed crust pizzas, the person working the front had let me know multiple times that it was “excessive” and they even thought about not making our pizzas because of how excessive that is. As soon as i go to the counter i said who i was picking up for & the guy with glasses working said “let me guess with the 7 stuffed crust, thats a little excessive” so i let him know thats how we like it and he said “yeah but thats still excessive” and he was saying how the doe boys hate making it especially 7 epic stuffed crust pizzas. Mind you we ordered online and gave them plenty of time to make it and on top of that paid $160 for our pizzas. Never had a customer experience like this or people complain about a job they literally get paid to do. Customer service 0/10. Pizza 10/10

Okay, hear me out, this may be the best Papa John’s on the planet. My boyfriend and I walked in around 10pm after traveling all day. I hadn’t been inside a fast food style pizza chain in AGES, they held the door open for us, greeted us with smiles immediately and everyone working there seemed so happy! We were staring at the menu, so hungry we didn’t even know what we were looking at and one of their awesome employees said “You’re standing in front of three people who know way more about pizza then those menus” and then proceeded to help us customize the PERFECT pizza!!!!!! They chatted with us while we waited and even offered us plates and a pile of napkins as we left. I will think about this Papa John’s and their team for a long time. Dominos could never. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quick pizza and outstanding people in Knoxville.

Tried the new grab and dip pizza they have recently come out with. It was actually pretty good!!! Only downside is all the sauces they give you to dip your pizza are some type of garlic themed sauce. Im not against garlic but to have 3 sauces all a version of something garlic just wasn't what I was looking for but I do know lots of people love garlic so give it a try garlic lovers!!!

So I guess you only get a deal online the walk in special was large 2 topping with breadsticks... all I wanted to do is add cheese to the sticks,the guy says they can't do it , why is it so hard to order pizza without having to go online and if you call you get a phone center where nobody speaks English . I mean are we not in America

I asked for onions on my pizza and they were added, but there were alot that were very large. I had to pull the large pieces off. The app. was not working and my credit card was charged about 10 times. I do have to say someone from the store called to let us know there has been an issue with the app and they will credit the account and only charge for 1 order. Now I have to wait for the charges to be reversed. A bit of an inconvenience.

We ordered a Shaq-a-roni pizza. It took awhile but it is Christmas time so we understand why it took awhile. The pizza came and it was cold a burnt. I hate to complain because I understand things happen but as someone that has managed pizza places before there is no way I would have let this pizza be delivered.

Best Papa Johns around. Even when there busy they get you out the door with hot fresh pizza!!!

Service was quick and to the point. Aside from one of the workers conversing blocking front line there was nothing to complain about. They were even friendly about that telling me to go around them and order

Atmosphere was clean and orderly. It's a Papa John's, you don't go to sit down and eat. It was exactly what you needed to get your pizza and go, no issues

I am glad our order was correct and ahead of time scheduled but I don't appreciate the girl employee saying my son was an annoying child when she was shorter then my son that is inappropriate and unprofessional. I hope they can retain her to do better on how she addresses customers children. We ordered a large pizza with two toppings and then we ordered a pizza bowl this is a picture of my pizza bowl. Could have used a lot more green peppers.

Kid-friendliness: I need the employees to be more kid friendly and watch how you address someone's child it isn't appropriate.

Halfway through the pizza was 2 big roaches. NEVER again. This is the one on Asheville hwy in Knoxville Tennessee. Not sure if we ate any or not
