We were so disappointed. This location normally gets 5 stars from us, but tonight was just not a great experience. When we ordered the pizzas and bread sticks (3 pizzas and bread sticks) the tracker showed 41-52 minutes. This was around 6:15. The pizza showed up around 745-750 and was just barely warm. Definitely a let down and not the norm from this location.

After 1 hour 20 mins, pizza was still not delivered. Employee apologized stating they were only one in store. Tracked our order, it was not in oven yet. Stated he could only see 10 orders at a time, was not sure how backed up on line they were. Staff the location to provide customer service. Notify if there is a delay or issues. Don't keep accepting orders you can't fill.

In a tree trimming bucket truck we was told we can’t park in their parking lot and eat lunch for 30 minutes because our truck is too heavy and destroying their parking lot. So my question is a 40 ton semi truck carrying your product is less heavy than 20 ton tree trimming truck. Y’all need to go back to school and learn some math.

Overall the pizza was Papa John’s standard pizza. The problem was we called in an order and they said it would be 20-30 minutes. I showed up about 25 minutes and did they did not have my order or any record of it being called in. I should have walked out but with 3 hungry grandchildren and it being 6:20 pm I did not have a lot of options. I reordered and waiting the 20 or so minutes. During the wait they came back up to me and asked me, “What was the name on the order?” Then they almost didn’t catch that I ordered two pizzas not one. Needless to say it was a lot of time wasted. Sure it was a Friday night and they were busy, but most restaurants are busy on a Friday night. I don’t recommend this particular franchise. Don’t waste your money or your time.
