Last time ordering a pizza from this place they cannot read and could care less if they screw up refuse to make it right. Please avoid this place at all cost drive a littler further to another papa johns. Always listening to music with earbuds in with customers in store. Just so unprofessional wish whoever owned the store would do something about it.

5 stars for food because pizza is my favorite food - especially papa John’s. 5 stars for atmosphere because anytime I order for pick up or takeout, I’m very well taken care of and warmly welcomed. And 10 stars for customer service - last night I ordered a pizza for delivery and didn’t realize I was short on cash. Dave was kind enough to not only understand, but to pay for the difference for me. After the terrible day I had yesterday, he helped me to end the evening with a full stomach and a smile on mine and my kids faces. Thank you so very much, Dave!

I've been ordering take out from here for the last 7 years and also add tips when I order. Depending on who's working that day the quality of food can be good or bad. Look at my 10 piece chicken nuget sizes. They counted 1/2 size of normal chicken nugget as one.

To be honest this is the second time ordering from this location that I was disappointed. The first time was a few months ago, went into this location the next day and expressed my delivery order was a mess when I got it delivered to my boyfriend’s house. I brought in a picture of what we received, was told that my boyfriend would have a credit under his phone number for us to order again. Called a few weeks later and no credit. Tonight my pizza was delivered in a good time, driver was very nice. My pizza was not fresh.

The management is horrible, and the delivery drivers are arrogant and lazy. I went in for a store pick up and watched as one girl did all the work in a huge rush . While the drivers sat around and joked. She even asked for help and was ignored. I will not be going

Papa John's has been one of my favorite pizza places since I first encountered in college 30 years ago. Fresh ingredients really do make a difference. Love the pepperoncini included in each pizza. This particular Papa John's is always one I can count on. They are fast but always accurate. The pizza is almost always ready as soon as I get there, and even if it isn't, it's not long. There's normally a friendly face waiting for me at the pickup counter, or one quick to arrive when I walk on. I appreciate the consistency and high quality level of Papa John's in general, and this store in particular.Our favorite pizza these days is a thin crust Works with a three cheese blend minus onions and mushrooms, add tomatoes and green olives. OMG, the best, especially with the little green seasoning packets. But it's also just brilliant to get the classic Papa John's Pepperoni pizza. This was a staple of my college years. Especially with the Garlic Butter on the side.

Their drivers are the worst most dangerous delivery people I’ve seem.Those people pull out of there into a busy street with out even touching their brakes while on the phone.Apparently they can’t signal and thinks it’s ok to cut someone off because they didn’t set their map before they left that below average pizza place.

Used to be my favorite place to order from as I've ordered from here for well over a decade and always tip well, BUT they changed their delivery zone, and it literally stops right before our neighborhood, a block away. I'm 6 miles away from the store.I was told by corporate to call the store and speak to the manager as they have the discretion to update their delivery zone to include our neighborhood, so I called. Manager would not even get in the phone, just told the employee to tell me no. I called during off peak hours.Pretty lame. Now we order Marcos or Pizza Hut.

After working at this location for 4 years at all positions available I am thankfully no longer employed here and am free to talk about the horrible management recently. Prior to her promotion Maggie was pretty horrible to work with; she would come in at 10am and immediately be slamming equipment and produce, making it clear not to talk to her that day. If you did engage with her it was common for her to take her frustrations out on you, so I chose to avoid her at all costs. This was no longer a viable option after she was promoted to General Manager within a few months despite being woefully unprepared and undeserving. The day of her promotion I expressed concerns to upper management of her ability, and referenced her constant verbal abuse of employees but was told to be patient. While I remained patient I witnessed her abuse of power every single shift working together, including screaming at employees, demeaning employees, and threats made. Unfortunately the abuse of power was the good part of her management techniques, as the worst was her complete and total lack of communication. This includes changing pay, lying about responsibilities, deleting my shifts, and stealing more than half of the tips on specific delivery orders. The end of my employment was not even communicated to me over a refusal to work on days I was not available for as a full-time student. Over the 9 months or so of her management I saw an estimated 30 employees quit, directly quoting her as the cause. Upper management remained unable to even hear my complaints and remained complacent while all of this happened. An upsetting way to end my 4 years employed at this location as I did enjoy my job, but I also enjoy my mental health.
