Great pizza you cook at home. I always add the zesty herbs to whatever we order. My only complaint would be the app. I often start an order on the app and end up ordering online when the app freezes.

We have always been very pleased with Papa Murphy’s pizza. We don’t get it often since the nearest one was closed sometime ago. We really enjoy that we
can have fresh hot pizza from our own oven! If you have never tried it we say
you SHOULD!! We like both the regular and thin crust. The staff was courteous and the restaurant appears clean and organized.

Just ordered a Mediterranean pizza and a Hawaiian pizza from the North Broadway location. It was probably one of the worst pizzas I've ever ordered. They were both so dry that cardboard would have been more edible. There was no or so little sauce that it was invisible and neither pizza had any flavor. Years ago this was a great place to pick up a pizza to take home but recently things have been going downhill but nothing like tonights pizza. Just wanted to warn others of the problem. I tried calling the store and doing this privately but manager was unavailable both times. I hope you have a better experience than I did but I'm afraid you probably won't.

Change your hours and pick up your phones. Drove in from tazwell for a pizza. Your hours on google state you are open until 8. I do not care that it is Christmas Eve I am working as well and tomorrow also. What I do care about is a business or franchise owner who is too lazy to click a keyboard or pick up their phone and hit update holiday hours on your google profile. And do not tell me google hasn’t sent you 5 emails reminding you to do this I’m a multi business owner and would know. Also this wasted time could have been avoided if your employees were trained properly to pick up a phone call. Thank you for wasting my time.
Also we did walk in 10 mins before closing as was asked if I had an online order and stated no I’m sorry I checked and it said you were open until 8 and was turned away refused service even though online orders were still on the rack to be picked up.

I ordered a Papa’s Favorite pizza as you can see on the receipt, but received a cheese pizza. I called the store and the guy who answered told me he has no idea how that could have happened. I asked to speak to a manager but he told me there is no manager there and that he’s the only one working. I asked if he messed up my order and he told me no that he wasn’t there by himself all day so I asked him if he was there by himself at 6:15 when I placed the order and he said yes, so I asked if he remembers giving me a cheese pizza and he said no. ? no accountability.
