Love this lil Cuban bakery. Its a great spot for authentic cuabn delights. The mom and son (I assume are owners) are always welcoming and warm. I'ts a Sunday ritual to grab my cafe con leche, cream cheese pastelito and an emapanada. This is a must visit!

Seriously 5 stars. The pastries are so flaky and full of flavors. The fillings were warm and comforting. Try the cheese filled “quesito”.
Cuban Coffee was rich and just sweet enough.

The family owned and operated business feels so homey with the aesthetic and music to match. Favorite new spot.

Pastelitos Cuban Bakery is hands down a hidden gem in Knoxville! The moment you walk in, the aroma of fresh pastries takes you straight to Cuba. Their pastelitos are flaky, buttery, and filled with the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor—absolutely addictive! 🥐✨

The staff is warm and welcoming, and you can tell they put a lot of love into everything they make. The café is cozy, clean, and perfect for grabbing a quick coffee and pastry or sitting down to enjoy with friends.

We especially love that they play great salsa music—it makes the whole experience even more authentic and fun! 💃🕺 Waldo y Jacqui officially approve this spot as the perfect place to enjoy Cuban flavors while vibing to the rhythms of salsa.

If you’re looking for authentic Cuban flavors, this is the place. From the guava & cheese pastelitos to their savory bites, every single item tastes homemade and full of tradition. Highly recommend making this your new go-to spot—you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful service. They are SO friendly and everything is made fresh daily! I'll be back very soon. If only they had a little more space so we could play dominoes while enjoying the offerings! The breakfast croissant was delicious! Can't wait to come back for lunch!! They have awesome handmade and other items for sale on the back wall.

This bakery is a complete vibe as soon as you walk in. It can be hard to spot if driving on Cedar Bluff but that clearly isn't stopping them from crushing it w their business! The customer service all-around was very great as they took their time explaining the menu to us and recommending items based on our taste. Not to mention, they gave us an extra slice of quiche bc the crust was cracked on our first one!

Items enjoyed:
Apricot and cheese tart (9.5/10)
Guava and cheese pastry (9.6/10)
Cafe con leche (9.6/10)
Spinach and feta quiche (7.3/10)

Would totally recommend and will be back soon for lunch!

We tried some of their bakery, and it was not the best. We tried two bakery items at $5-something each, and it was not good at all. The people there are nice, but they sell overpriced food that is poor quality! I really wanted to like this place because I love Cuban food, but this place was not the best. I hope they do better.
