Came in shortly before they closed for the day and it was only the owners and us. Our first time there and it is divine. They make their own puff pastry and it is awesome. The fillings are perfectly seasoned. We had an awesome Cuban coffee while they wrapped up our pastries and chatted with the couple and their son. We will make the trip to Knoxville more often now.
I’m from South Florida and this is as close to home that I can get when it comes to Cuban pastries. The cafe con leche is perfect. I can’t wait to come back and have more. The crust on the pastries is so flaky and delicious.
Some of the tastiest pastries in Knoxville! The spinach and feta is my favorite!
