From a former cook at this restaurant DO NOT EAT HERE!Food is not made fresh. Could be 2 weeks old no one knows.They employ convicts that carry guns at work. Not hard to figure out who.The owners are drunk and drink whenever they show up. Jaiger for one bud light for the other. And about to get a license to sell alcohol.Never seen so many drugs in a restaurant in my life either! Name it and you can get it here.I wouldn’t bring my family in there if you paid me to eat there! You’ve been warned!The only people giving this a 5 are their friends or family! They SUCK!Since I can’t reply to the comment I’m not disgruntled I’m actually relieved to be away from all the criminal activity going on there. The bbq is a joke and so are you guys. The only people positively commenting are friends that obviously have never had real bbq. Keep serving that junk until someone gets sick! Only a matter of time!

Had a BBQ sandwich and one side and H2O was charged 15+ questioned the cashier she said that was the right price in fact it was the price for two sides. It's only a few dollars but it's about being overcharged.

The food was good, but not great. They don't serve beer. The floors don't look like they've been swept or moped in a while. The pulled pork was moist and fully cooked but lacking in smoke. Tasted more boiled than slow smoke. The fried oakra was golden brown and delicious. The fries were overcooked and soggy. They tasted like they tried to reheat them in the fryer rather than cooking up a fresh batch. The fried green tomatoes were good, but they needed some kind of a dipping sauce to serve with them. The bathroom was clean.

My husband and I have enjoyed this place twice for dine-in, and once for a take-out order. Food was excellent, prices were great. Our only issue is being charged for 2 drinks, I ordered a water with the first dine-in, brought my own drink the second and no drink with the takeout…husband didn’t catch it until we arrived home. Not sure if they automatically charge for drinks with the meals, but either way, we will return, very close to home, and very good food.

NOT IMPRESSED!! We bought 3 of these sandwiches (no other side, sandwich only) for 36.00, which are way overpriced. Each sandwich was 12.00 with approximately 3-3 1/2 ounces of prime rib on each. When you took a bite, you tasted heavy pepper and bun. You got no prime rib taste cause there was just no meat. The picture makes it look like there is meat, but once you put the bun together, nope, it was mostly bun for you 12.00. There were 2 ladies who spoke with me, the new employee was polite and communicated with me. The other was short, and rude. I come from Kansas City, BBQ Capital, and this would not make it there. The search continues!!

The people were nice but man was the food lousy. Definitely not worth the $18. + tip I ordered a brisket sandwich and they gave me some chard up stuff at the bottom of a pan or something in between a bun. I got "cabbage" and it was like microwaved and slimy like something was wrong with it.EDIT: hi I can't find a way to reply to you so I'm just editing the experience part of the review. I really appreciate you trying to make things right but chances are they already know about this review and they know exactly who it is because you don't have a regular brisket sandwich on your menu and I feel like there's a good chance I'm the only one that ordered a regular brisket sandwich today so they know exactly who it is. I'm not risking going back and getting body fluids in my food because of a review. Not saying that they are going to but that they could and I would have no idea. I appreciate you again though.
