I've only ever ordered food to go from here because the location is filled with smoke, which I'm highly sensitive to. With that being said, everyone I've encountered has been extremely nice and wonderful to deal with! They have great wings which are always sizable and never soggy, and I'm obsessed with their fried pickle spears with ranch. I'm extremely picky about my ranch and this place nails it! It reminds me of a thinner version of Hidden Valley. And their blue cheese dressing is phenomenal, too! Both are made fresh, in house and the chunks of blue cheese are so nice!

A bit Smoky for the wife even though she's a smoker.....lol. Food was good for bar food. Wife's salad was huge. My pizza was OK but I'm a stickler on my pizza. And Christy was spot on!!!

Great bartenders, servers, and Friday karaoke with Matt is best in Knoxville! Everything I've eaten there had been great but special shout out to the pizza rolls. Did I mention u can smoke?!? Love Paul's!!!Parking: Huge lot, so it's Never a problem finding a spot.

I ordered the traditional medium wings and my wife got the traditional garlic parmesan wings. Needless to say they were banging because I ate all of mine before I took a picture and was able to take a picture of my wife's when she was eating the last one. These were some very damn good wings and I would even say even though they have as many flavors as like Bdubs they are just as good if not better. Just trust me.
