The bagels are alright. Not a fan of the egg patty and there was hardly any bacon in my BEC! However the wait was v reasonable and the staff were very kind.

Service was incredibly slow and bagels below average. Not worth the time. Over 1/2 hour wait for 4 bagels with cream cheese. Would give negative stars if I could.

Stopped by here for the first time this morning. Bagels were great. The bacon, egg and cheese bagel was ever better. The Cacio y Pepe was really good. The spreads are on the pricier side but they’re very very good.

I received a text message saying that my order was ready for pickup, I did not place an order as I live in Florida. I have tried customer service I have tried calling directly and have received no answers. I am highly disappointed in the fact that I have no human to speak with regarding what is going on right now. The text came to my phone number I need to make sure on what's going on, was my card charged was my identity stolen nobody is answering the phone and nobody is helping me I'm going to call the police and send them to your store to find out. I suggest somebody reach out to me. Check the caller ID I called at 10:07 a.m. today September 16th

Probably the best bagel I’ve had in a while. Wait time was pretty crazy though. Sat for almost 30 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese. Ordered at the window instead of online which was my mistake I guess? Probably best if you’re chilling in the coffee shop next door but for our visit we got coffee first and then ordered food from here. Probably will do it in reverse order next time .

Possibly the best BEC bagels in the country. I’ve lived in multiple places across the country and nothing has been able to top this place! Kinda ruined bacon egg and cheese bagels for me everywhere else tbh!

Best bagels in town for a mile, order online so you don’t have to wait as long. Anyone claiming to wait 40 minutes probably walked up on a gameday weekend without knowing about the online.

Got to the bagel shop at 11:45 and they were sold out, but still open till 2pm. Second time this has happened and I can’t even try the food yet.
I don’t leave many 1 star reviews, but this is an exception.
I ubered across the city to this bagel place, only for them to announce that they were not taking orders because they ‘were too far behind’. I was immensely disappointed. Don’t be open if you can’t take orders

We don’t remember how we got to know this place but decided to swing by when we were in Knoxville. Surprised to see just a window but they do have a neighbor coffee place where you can get eat your sandwich if needed. Bagel sandwich was delicious though!

This review would 4-5 star if it were based on the bagels taste alone. Every time we have come the wait is simply not worth it. If you go on a weekend be prepared to wait 40 minutes and get a cold bagel. Not sure how it could take 40 minutes to spread some cream cheese on a cold bagel but I will be looking elsewhere for my bagel fix.
