I Initially Thought My Event Would Be One Weekend And Had To Change It To The Following Weekend. They Accommodated Without Hesitation. They Are Also The ONLY Mobile Ice Cream Service Where I Could Find Pricing Online Without Having To Fill Out An Inquiry Or Email Someone Which I Greatly Appreciated.
My Event Was From 2-4 P.M. And I Asked Them To Arrive 30 Minutes Early. They Beat Me There And Showed Up A Little Over An Hour Ahead Of Time. Laura And Her Son Were So Fun And Personable As They Handed Out Ice Cream To All Of My Guests And Let Me Tell You… The Ice Cream Was Absolutely Delicious (Do Yourself A Favor And Try The Coconut)!!
I Will Definitely Be Hiring Them Again For Future Events!! If You’re Thinking About Having Them At Your Event, This Is Your Sign — DO IT!!

Very friendly driver today in our neighborhood who exhibited great customer service. I had just gotten home from walking one of our dogs as the van came down our cul de sac. I waved interest, and the driver stopped and waited for me & my husband to walk down. We purchased a sour bomb pop, a mud slide ice cream sandwich, and two pup cups. Thank you for coming by and adding a bit of sweetness to our Sunday!

As a driver delivering here they unload you from the street. No overnight parking. One way street in and one way street out. Driver should pay close attention on the one way out because it's very narrow and left side is up against a rock cliff. Can easily clip your trailer if not careful. Other than that folks are very nice

The people were super nice. I was only here for a delivery. If anyone else delivers here, they unload from the street and the area is a bit tight for a 53ft trailer with a sleeper. I was finished less than an hour from my appointment time.
