I’ve gotta say, one of my best memories in a while has got to be coming to Pelicans. My friends and I were looking for a hangout spot after church and THIS IS IT. It is just a great place overall. I even got two things while I was there haha. I started out with the strawberry lemonade flavor. After that I went back for blue raspberry. It’s really good!! They have over 100 flavors I think and good variety too. Very family friendly atmosphere and the employee who served us was super nice and friendly. They have games in the outside area and plenty of seating. Gotta say, we will definitely be back here again!!! Can not recommend this enough! Thank you Pelicans Team for making our Sunday even more special!

Great product, but I'm not sure why they would need to shut down the outdoor seating and close the games (cornhole, giant Connect 4, etc) over 45 minutes before closing on a warm sunny day. Especially when there are customers actively using them.

Good spot but they need to update their menu. I ordered water and the emu board said $1.50 and the lady charged me $2.00 and said the price went up. I think we need to know what we are being charged up front.

This place has every flavor under the sun! It's a wonderful place to take the kids for a treat! They can also have nice outdoor games the kids can play too while the adults chat! We love it everytime!

I could not believe the great, GREAT customer service at this place! I will be ordering again, and I will be ordering gift coins from there again as well. Excellent customer service - above and beyond what anyone would expect! A+++

Standing here right now at 8:59 and they are walking past the window ignoring me. SO rude. Won't give this place business anymore. I've knocked on the window and 3 employees walk past and won't look out the window while I'm actively tapping on it. They are moving things and cleaning machines. I've also rung the bell for service. If it is too late to serve me, just at least come to the window and tell me. This is SO RUDE. And it was 8:59 PM. They close at 9pm. Horrible I get that they are like 17 year olds working here but train them on customer service, jeez

First place I visit when in Knoxville Tennessee. Love their snow ones.
