Very understaffed, but the workers were very friendly despite being up to their eyebrows in work. I'm glad she have me a few small fry to make up for my extremely long wait.

Im just like, really disappointed. It was a long day, I came in hungry, got 2 sandwiches and a thing of fries. For starters, my BLT was missing the T. No tomato. I dont even know how its possible to forget a topping where the topping is in the name… and theirs only 3.
My second sub a chicken parm, was both cut significantly shorter than the BLT (both regular size) and i almost did feel shorted on the meat portion. Not to mention I had the pleasure of biting into the texture of half-melted cheese and what seemed like half heated meat.
Oh by the way, those two medium subs and a large fry was over 30 dollars bruh. And the worst part is I was so hungry I just accepted my fate and ate my sub with many complaints.
With all that being said, maybe it was just a bad night to go to penn station, but nonetheless I dont intend on ever going back, nor could I ever in good faith ever in my life recommend this establishment. Ever.

The food is great as always, but for the past four months, their air conditioner has been out and it's very hot inside the store and dripping water onto the floor making it uncomfortable. Please fix your HVAC system.

I have worked with Penn Station for years and have always loved their food. Recently we had a tournament in Knoxville and ordered catering for the kids and parents and it was a huge hit. Everyone was excited about GOOD FOOD and the experience was great. The food was perfect, on-time and just as we ordered. Thank you Penn Station!

Meat was bland, very little meat. One of the worst subs ever. The duct was dripping water on the floor and on counter, was there was mold on the ceiling tile around the duct.

Sat in there for over 15 minutes with an online order, watch my sandwich get sat in the corner the whole time. Had to ask to be helped yet again. To expensive for the service.

I went into this location tonight at 7:00 p.m. I go here every few weeks after getting my nails done at the same time. I walked in there today and it had to be over 90°. Today's high was 88 and we're at 84% humidity. And this is a small building that is using ovens and stoves and producing hot goods So 90° is being way generous. It was miserable inside of there. The guys working were still being as pleasant as you could possibly be while working in those conditions. I asked if it had just gone out and was told that it has been going out for weeks now. That this is something they've been dealing with nearly every day for weeks now. Someone keeps coming out and saying it's fixed and it works for a little bit and then it stops again. This is absolutely unacceptable. The food was still good and the guys were still pleasant. They deserve to work and better conditions than that. So until I find out that the air conditioning and this building was actually fixed and the employees can be comfortable while working there all day I will be leaving my one star. When it's fixed I will come back and give you four stars because your employees and the food at this location deserve that.

From now on I will be calling to see if the AC is fixed before I place an order. No AC? No order.
I suggest if you're reading this review, You do the same.

Placed an online order with 4 subs and sides. Not one sandwich was made correctly. Mayo where requested none and forgot mustard and pickles requested. Lettuce and tomatoes when asked for none on a child’s sandwich. Etc etc. sandwiches were made when we arrived but made us wait over 10 minutes while they discussed their work schedules before cooking fries we had ordered. Place has really gone downhill.

This is by far my favorite sandwich place and have been coming to this location for over 10 years now. But in the last year it has gone extremely down hill. The last 5 times I have gotten a sandwich it has been made wrong and taken over 35 mins with limited people there. Hope things change but after today I won’t be back for awhile.

Tables dirty, something leaking from the ceiling into the actual middle of the dining room floor,all the fountain drinks are flat, no carbonation.

This was my first time trying this out and the experience was absolutely amazing 👏. The customer service was of a high end restaurant and the food was also. Alexis made our food look as good as it tasted. Also felt like a much healthier option than other places and for much cheaper than I expected I had to leave a review because more people need to know about this place!!! Will definitely be back.
