The person running the counter told my fiance and i they do not wear hairnets after we complained about finding 3 or 4 hairs in her sandwich. Will not be returning
When I came here they chose to order and make everyone else's sub before mine even though I had ordered online. They also said it was supposed to be a 16 minute wait. Additives into almost 40 minutes so far. Customer service sucks. Good food not good enough to reform though.
Good food but HORRIBLE service!!! My first time here so had to look at the menu, lady (Unica) kept asking what I wanted and was rude. She kept glaring at me and giving me dirty looks but was nice to every other customer. If you dont want to be at work, at least dont show it and be rude to customers. Not sure I want to come back based on the service. Disappointed
The Veggie Sub was very good but the small bun made it hard to eat.
It was good but right at 30 dollars for 2 people was a bit pricey. We did have cookies for dessert too though.
Great food, they have staffing issues so be patient.
This location has become our least favorite. The last five times we visited there have been problems of one kind or another. No fries because the frier was down. Incorrect orders. Not cooked to order. Slow service. We've decided to go elsewhere.
They have some really good Phillies and fries. I could eat them every week.
The food was good plus the service service was fast.

I usually go to this Penn Station but after my last visit I totally lost my appetite & taste for this business.

I need to get my life on track because I don't even remember visiting this place. 5 stars anyway cause their food is fire. I used to go to one in another city.
Food could be better, the salads are smaller compared to Subway also they forget the condements on the wrap. Will try them again and hopefully my experience will be better.
I work at the boost mobile in the same strip and have eaten there a couple times. Love the owner and the people working there. Also read a comment about not liking the cheese steak sandwich bc it comes with spicy mustard and marinara sauce... all im saying is dont knock it till you try it. I personally thought it would be gross but it wasnt 👌 it was super good just ask for the marinara sauce to be put on the side bc I can understand how a lot of people wouldnt enjoy it. But again super freekin good
