Penn Station East Coast Subs

Came in and ordered 3 classic Italian subs, waited for over 15 mins and they were not busy around 2pm. I guess they ran out of bread.

Came in there tonight Thursday June the 5th. The cook was very rude his name was Landon we arrived at 8:45 and before we even had a chance to order he proceeded to tell us that we were not going to get the best food served because we came too late. I'm not sure what kind of employees are there representing the business that bad to tell the customers that they're not going to get the best food because they came too late.

A little annoyed because did a mobile orde pick up and time to pick up was 645, usually they are behind so went to pick it up like 650. Wasn't ready per usual and they did not follow the instructions,got oregano AND salt vinegar when the paper clearly said i didn't want it and my other sandwhich had no sauce on it. Just chicken and cheese, so bland. No happy.

This was the first time I've ever been to a Penn station. Staff was extremely friendly. Food unfortunately was very basic. I didn't have high hopes tho. The Italian is the best thing they have.

Opened my sandwich and everything spilled all over my clothes. I can't even hold the sandwich without it all falling apart. Worst part is they didn't give me any napkins.

The team was alsome and the food was good and they was very respectful

Waited for ever for my food!!!!

Waited over half an hour for my sub AND the food was bland. I'm sad thinking of how good firehouse subs would've been. Place could use a good cleaning and more staff, but I won't be back in the future.

Go to FIREHOUSE they are the best

I turned around and left while trying to place an order because the fella that is running the register was so rude. He refused to give his name and came outside the restaurant to argue with me after I walked out to try and contact management.

I don't appreciate that. Never come here to this location.

Hire more people or let your employees turn off online orders!!

This was my second online order. They left food out both times. The first time they refunded my card. This time they left out 2 items and when I called I was told I would have to come in to get a refund. If I wanted to go in I wouldn't have gotten delivery. They also put cheese on my sandwich that I didn't want. Two times is it for me. I will not be ordering from them again as I told the man I spoke with.

Going into the place its dirty and smells But the food is good and fresh. NOW! if you order or doordash, be prepared for little to no sub filling and a cup filled 1/2 way of fries. We have ordered the share size twice now and the cup isnt full at all.

Slow...Ordered ahead online over an hour in advance and still took 15 minutes longer once I arrived. Not that busy inside, 2 or 3 tables.

Kallie and ally did a wonderful job, great tasting subs
