Posted hours said open until 1am. We showed up at 11:45pm and were told they are closed and we're shooed out the door. 2 bartenders and 5 customers hanging out inside. Poor experience.

Cool place but used to be better. They stop serving food really early now, and the drink concoctions are okay but not great.

Didn't get the chance to even try a drink... after sitting down and waiting in a room of 20 to be greeted the server took our drink order.
Well I guess sitting at a table was a mistake. After 20 minutes with no drink or water i look around. No table has a drink ...but the group of six at the bar arriving in street clothes were served two rounds already. Horrible... the vault is 2 minutes away walking with more room and food
If you are looking for a place that is nice despite the potential don't go here. No dress code... no service... other then the sliding bookcase... awful

It’s not at all what it was when we first started going here- none of the low key library speakeasy ambiance. They put in standardized seating instead of the assortment of chairs and couches. Music and noise level is like going to any bar on the strip. None of the original drinks we used to order- Primrose and Mr. Darcy are gone and they have none of the ingredients anymore. Laminated menus instead of having the menus in books, just a generic overpriced experience. Apparently you can hold seating for people now too- even though others are waiting 30+ minutes to get in- they can just breeze by and go right in. Also after waiting that long, the people who waited less than 5 minutes behind us were seated right after us and served before we were even approached. Like what happened?? It’s such a shame because we loved coming here and didn’t mind waiting for THE EXPERIENCE THAT IS NOW OBSOLETE. Won’t be back and will be sure to tell others not to waste their time in the future ✌🏻

Full disclosure, we did not try the food here. This speakeasy is pretty dope. The sliding door of the wall of art and the entrance is pretty neat. The cocktails were very unique and delicious along with a great whiskey selection.
The staff was very nice and attentive and the decor of the place is very unique and cool. The place is very lively but not too noisy.

The real speakeasy vibe was nonexistent. They played music that you’d hear in a night club. The drinks took forever, and I sent 2 drinks back, and left a full one on the table on the way out. I’ve been to several speakeasy bars, and this place was a let down.

A hidden gem in Knoxville! I’ve been going here for years and always enjoy my experience every time I go. We went this week to celebrate my birthday, and we had the best time! I ordered the Holly Golightly, and it is definitely one of my favorites. Not only are the cocktails great, but the vibe is amazing. My favorite speakeasy in Knoxville!
