Petro's Chili & Chips - Cedar Bluff

My friends and I have a standing engagement to go to this location once a month. We encounter a variety of workers and every single one of them has been friendly and helpful and our order is always correct. The food is great each time - portions are always plentiful. I’m never disappointed each time we go.

Very disappointing I won’t ever be eating Peter’s again as they aren’t in the bowl anymore and that’s the whole point of a petro for me it’s not the same It will be my last petro the signage even still shows a bowl not a tray and I’ve ate enough large Petro bowls to know that isn’t the same amount as the bowl it’s less worst change to a tradition ever 👎🏻👎🏻

Came in there today to pick up my order, the girl told me they were working on it and would be up shortly. then about 10 people got their food and I was still waiting so I said to her how much longer. Then she tells me that she didn't even put it in yet. I mean that was just ridiculous to make me stay in there for about almost 15 minutes while she didn't even put my order in and all I will never walk in that building again.

I called in to place a pickup order but was advised it was online.My family was sick and I decided to avoid going out and the guy that answered remembered and sent a nice note wishing us well. Great service, I appreciate that gesture.

Went in Petro's today. The person that waited on me had a bad Attitude. Seem to me he had a problem with Black People. His name is James. He Should not be working there. I have been going there for a long time. Never ran into anyone acted like James.. So if you are black and James is there turn around!!!!

Ordered online. Ordered 2 slaw dogs. The options online for condiments listed do not list chili as an option for slaw dogs. I specifically wrote in the comments to put slaw, onions, mustard, and relish on the side as I would not be eating my food until later. The cash argued with me that I ordered chili when I did not. Then proceeded to give me the condiments on the side. I asked for just a little more coleslaw since I was given a small cup of it for 2 dogs. And he charged me extra for it. After having to wait for them to fix my food correctly and then proceed to argue with me about the chili….I will make sure to never order from this store ever again.

We go to Petro's all the time to eat and this time we went and the hot dog buns where hard and the petro was only quarter of the way filled up and the grill nacho didn't have but three or four pieces of chicken in it and the chili was cold
