Petro's Chili & Chips - Cedar Bluff

Food taste good but service was slow and food was cold. If I'm waiting that long for food I'd like it hot. A cold bowl of chili is not exactly appetizing.

I hadn’t been to petro’s in years but it was really good last time I had it. I had a craving for something different today and figured I’d try petro’s. My father and I both got a regular medium petro and I also got a chili cheese dog. Also a gallon of the sweet orange tea. The petro wasn’t very full and the chips weren’t just stale they were actually chewy. The hot dog was a shriveled little mess with a wrinkled little bun and hardly any cheese. The tea wasn’t even sweet and there is no orange flavor whatsoever. This use to be the best tea there was now it’s bland. I don’t know what happened to petro’s but neither I or my family will be back. Quite unfortunate.

I came here tonight spur of the moment. I love Petros I’ve been eating it my whole life. John and EPhram I believe was his name were awesome. Food was fresh and good and guess what they were sweeping and cleaning the tables right after people left. 10/10. Thanks

I came to the drive through and ordered a vegan Baja Petro with chips on the side, I get back to my job. My Petro is covered in cheese and sour cream. So I drove back, ask for them to remake my order. A vegan Baja Petro with chips on the side. He hands me my order. I drive off only to realize. That there are no chips on the side that they put them inside. I could not drive back again as I had to go back to work. And it already spent my entire lunch break dealing with this period I love Petros, but I don't know why this young man could not get the order right to save his life.

I go here often. I usually get the loaded baked potato, no bacon. Tonight was the third time in a row that the food was not good. The potato was cold and the person was mediocre. Thank you for all the previous years of great food but I will not be back.

UPDATE: Petros management came up with a lazy excuse, offered me $10 on a loyalty account (which doesn’t exist so I’m not sure how to access it) that can only be used at any “corporate” location in increments of $5 per order. How magnanimous. Truly, misers who can’t comprehend the concept of customer service.

Definitely won’t be returning on a Sunday. The customer experience is terrible. I won’t say “service” because there was none. I placed an online order and was given a potato instead of a chili bowl. I drive back ask them to give me the correct meal, and then get home and they had left out the chips. Mind you — the entire concept is a frito pie…. And I ordered extra… and they gave me NONE! A kid named Lance seemed to be the manager. Two people working, no one coming in and out either of the 3 times I returned yet still couldn’t be bothered to actually check their work. Could tell they just wanted to go home as the door was locked 15+ minutes before close when they’re supposed to be open till 8. Totally inexcusable. I will be reaching out to Petros and expect to get a gift card that covers a few meals since I did all the driving. Also — mind you, I gave an up front 15% top for carry out. Sorry restaurant workers; this place ruined it for you. I’ll only tip Waffle House to go from now on.

Employees were great to work with and explain the menu. Really great concept with the chili delicious and baked potato and nacho options were great. All the toppings were right on Wade. I wish there were more locations.

Great food. It was my second time having Petro's but my first time going in and having the time to really check out the menu. The neyland Petro was amazing.

Always great service and food. The pertos are always great any way you want it, but if you feel like a dog their Chili Cheese and their Queso Dogs are awesome. Recommend Queso Dod with Bacon!!
