Disappointed that I asked for NO jalapeños and I have at least 10 on my petro. I have never had this many issues with 1 order in all the years I have been ordering your food. My other petro in my order had lots of jalapeños (also asked for NONE). Just my luck, when I was ready to eat mine they closed 4 mins before I realized it was wrong.

The taste of original Petro’s chili and chips has never changed since the 1982 World’s Fair. Visited the Farragut location today and it was excellent. Great customer service was totally appreciated from Lenny. She felt like a friend instantly. Definitely recommend!

The first time I've eat here and I will say for 10 bucks each the food was not at all worth it. I would of much rather got a Mexican chips chicken & cheese for same price. This was basically chips & that's all hardly not cheese at all and it's all cold it's not a hot chicken nacho at all.

A young lady there was top notch at customer service. I complained about the Emory Road location and she let me know it was a franchise. That that was not the service or example Petros wanted to be associated with their brand. She was nice, polite and a great representative of the company. I will only return to this location from now on.

Very surprised that this Petros that is attached to a gas station had such great service and hot, fresh food.The person who took my order was very friendly and helpful and so was the person who was at the drive thru window. They were fast and efficient and took the time to explain the rewards program to me.Our food tasted fresh and was a very good portion for the price paid. We will definitely be back again!

The inside has been closed since COVID, so you have to go through the drive-thru. We always get good service and our orders are correct. Love that they have the vegan Petro!Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian chili which is really good, and they have several vegetarian/vegan options!

When you hang out a sign that says you're going to open at 11:00, it is reasonable to expect that your food is ready to be served at 11:00. We got there slightly after 11:00 on Sunday morning to find that the chili, which is the core of almost everything that they serve, was not up to temperature. It would have been several more minutes before it had actually made the safe serving temperature. They also had no guacamole. This is the second visit to them when they've had no guacamole. Whoever's running this place needs to take a cold hard look at their operating procedures ans get some things straightened out.
