This is a treat for me, and they do not disappoint when I order. Always polite fast service and they now have the park and eat spaces. Vegetarian menu items bring me back for lunch.

Petro’s Chili & Chips is one of my favorite lunch spots in East Tennessee! The West Hills location is my favorite location. I usually order a petro topped with grilled chicken and add buffalo sauce. It’s amazing! Their sweet iced tea is also a must! Definitely recommend Petro’s!

I’m so happy that the Petros locations I visit most (Cedar Bluff and West Hills) are now open on Sundays!

Food was really good. Can not eat in...only drive thru and when traveling that makes it hard. Staff was friendly but slow to get orders out.

Service is bad. Food is ok but frequently chili is thick and pasty as though it's been heated for too long and the liquid has evaporated. They don't ask what condiments you would like (as other Pedro's do) you have to remember to ask. They don't ask for your phone number for rewards either. You can only give it to them at the pick up window along with asking for Toco and hot sauce, not when you place your order. Too much to remember...which window to do what. They act like they are doing me a favor if I can get everything right, not providing me what used to be the best chili in town since 1982.

Great service quick drive thru. Action an the sweet tea was amazing
I used to really enjoy this location before the remodel, but here lately I’m not so sure anymore.
today, I spent 30ish dollars on 2 petro potatoes, one large drink, and a kids meal. Asked for black olives on one, no olives. The potatoes were hot, sure, but you could literally taste that they had been sitting too long, as well as the meat had a texture I could only assume, meant the same as the potatoes. Didn’t even give me the corn chips that comes with, for either potatoes. You can’t dine in anymore, and sure, loyalty point system, but darn, it’s too expensive. This is really starting to disappoint me. Petros is my favorite and if this continues I’m not sure what to do or how to feel. Every time I’m more and more disappointed.
