Petro's Chili & Chips - West Hills

Location could benefit from understanding extreme ownership and unreasonable hospitality among employees and especially the manager; she likes the argue. Food was run up incorrect, never read the order back and gave me the incorrect food. When I came back to explain the issue, the GM said to her employee that they did everything right and it was my fault. Alex and Dale, please please please do better training your employees. It's really upsetting having such a high standard on the nonexistent franchise side. This is not the first time Ive eaten since our locations closed, this is the first time Ive been disappointed enough to comment on it. Order should always be repeated, and extreme ownership included when the company makes a mistake. Thanks.

Great pit stop eating option!!!

This place is great for what it is! A little Petra place with some outdoor dining and plenty of quick park and dine options.
The service was great! The girl working the drive thru was super friendly and very helpful!
The grounds were clean, the food was fresh and delicious.

I’d recommend this for anyone who needs to eat on the go!

I've went to this petro's location a few times and got an excellent service the Petros were always hot and fresh... I still love the patrols my problem today was... My grandbaby ordered a baked potato with sour cream and cheese... Well they forgot the cheese which is okay my problem was.. instead of handing me cheese through the window.. you should have taken the potato back and made a fresh one like I originally ordered.. because the cheese they handed her through the window did not melt... I still will go back to Petros because they're Petros are excellent... Just not so good service today... But thank you keep up the good work

Petro’s Chili & Chips is one of my favorite lunch spots in East Tennessee! The West Hills location is my favorite location. I usually order a petro topped with grilled chicken and add buffalo sauce. It’s amazing! Their sweet iced tea is also a must! Definitely recommend Petro’s!

Food was really good. Can not eat in...only drive thru and when traveling that makes it hard. Staff was friendly but slow to get orders out.

Service is bad. Food is ok but frequently chili is thick and pasty as though it's been heated for too long and the liquid has evaporated. They don't ask what condiments you would like (as other Pedro's do) you have to remember to ask. They don't ask for your phone number for rewards either. You can only give it to them at the pick up window along with asking for Toco and hot sauce, not when you place your order. Too much to remember...which window to do what. They act like they are doing me a favor if I can get everything right, not providing me what used to be the best chili in town since 1982.
