No more customer service. Ordered 3 medium pizzas and garlic knots at 4pm. I was told my order would be ready in 25-30min. I arrived at 30min and was told it would be another 20-30min. The place was empty. No apology, no sorry, nothing from the server. Returned 30 min later to pick up cold pizza at full price. She didn't even speak to me other than to tell me the total. I will never eat here again.

Best thin crust pizza in the Knoxville area! Great service. Our new favorite place! The cheese blanket is a must! Garlic knots are delicious too!
My first time visiting. I met a group of friends there. They had a $10 special for a med pizza. It was really good. The service was exceptional. Several staff members checked in with us.
While I don't drink, several in our group had a variety of different cocktails. It's just a great place to gather and catch up with friends and have great food.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they are accessible. The regular tables are further in past the bar and bar height tables. When busy, it may be challenging to navigate to a regular table.

I personally just found the pizza to be lacking any sort of flavor. It was also really expensive, I could've gone to Domino's and gotten a better tasting pizza and saved $8. The server was really sweet and the resturant itself was nice. I just won't be going back because of the lack of flavor and price.
