Pizza Hut in Knoxville

“I really hate to hear Kate was let go and no longer works here as a server. Her service was a big improvement to the service in this restaurant. I've witnessed the manager being unprofessional to the staff as well as the customers. She says the most inappropriate things, I suppose she feels that because she is the manager, she can speak to people anyway she pleases. I can't believe that they let Kate go, but keep a manager that has made customers leave before they were even seated. Also, this manager has 2 family members working at this location alongside her. Makes no sense. This could be a fantastic location.“

“I work off of Cedar Bluff so I stop in here quite a bit. Usually every time I go Rich is working. He is one of the most kind and personable people I have ever met. He made many of my bad days better because of his kindness. This is by far my favorite Pizza Hut location because of him. Give this man a raise! You don't find customer service like this anymore. “The atmosphere is much better than it used to be and the service is getting better, I worked there as delivery driver for 6 years and it's no better or worse than any other restaurant, but I do love their pizza and who can say that chocolate lava cake is not just the best?.“

“This was my last shot for Pizza Hut as my experience with my delivery from the Clinton highway. Location has been horrible. Their pizzas come to your door looking like they were deep fried and grease bleeding through the boxes. so I gave Pizza Hut one more chance with carry out at the Millertown Pike location the guy that waited on me was super friendly, super sympathetic about my past experiences with a different location and he even apologized for that other location food was hot fresh looked amazing and absolutely not a puddle of grease in any of the boxes. I didn’t catch his name but a job well done and one heck of an employee.“

“We go out of our way to order here! Our family travels all over for work every month and things by far the best pizza hut, in our opinion. Being inside of a TA station, you'd have doubts, but the staff is personable, and we always enjoy our interactions with them.“

“My food was easy to order on the app, was ready at the quoted time, was hot, and tasted great. The only thing that would have made it better were if the boneless wings had the lemon pepper flavoring more spread out.

“Ordered a Supreme pizza over phone at home office. Delivery was a cheese pizza. I called told them wrong order and what I had originally ordered. Hunter, an employee made it up for me to pick up with no charge. Home office needs to work on getting orders correct. Pizza Hut in Cumberland Estates shopping center is the BEST!! “Always great service, I don't think they've ever gotten my order wrong when I picked up or had pizza delivered and the amount of toppings they put on pizza is incredible. Always done in a reasonable amount of time too. And I have to mention the younger folks that they have working there were on top of their customer service game. I was impressed to say the least-thank you very much, it's rare these days to get this good of customer service
Don't go to Little Caesars in the food city shopping center..their managers have extremely poor attitudes and I don't even want to talk about their lack of food safety experience“

“I wanted to come on here and give Alicia at the Pizza hut in So. Knox props. We sat for an hour and waited on food while one man ran the front and an older lady ran the back and take out orders. Turns out our ticket never made into the system. when i walked up to the counter Alicia and her mom (the gm i think) jumped into action had our food out in less than 10 minutes and promptly apologized and comped us our entire meal. we offered to pay for it as someone who never complains at a restaurant but she insisted gave us our entire meal which would’ve total about $40 plus a tip in the end and then sent us home with a different pizza to eat over the weekend. She did this all on her day off with a tooth ache.
