Edit: apparently gm quit the night I had an issue, and someone new was promoted to gm. He corrected the issue and replaced my entire order. I was really impressed with how he handled the situation. We will definitely order from them again! Thank you!

I have been patronizing this pizza hut for a long time. The quality has always been above and beyond and that's why we go back. Tonight we ordered a thin crust pepperoni and received probably the most dry, stiff, cardboard pizza I've ever had. Barely any cheese and no sauce. When you picked up a slice (which is supposed to bend and stretch because of fresh cheese) this thing lifted out like a big dry saltine cracker.
