Hate that I have to even give one star, should be zero. I ordered and waited an 1.5 hrs for my food to be delivered. I only just saw the complaint from two weeks ago...exact same thing happened to me. Waited, kept checking and showing it was being made. Finally decide to call, just to find out it was cancelled because they were out of breadsticks. My entire order cancelled because of breadsticks. What a joke. Terrible customer service. Who does that? How is that EVER good customer service.

Ordered pizza online and waited almost two hours. Called and they canceled the order because they were out of bread sticks. The online tracker said the pizza was being fixed and never said it was canceled. Called and the guy didn't seem to care or want to make it right. Won't order from here again.

Its odd to me they do not take orders in house. They dont take payments in house and they do not have delivery drivers in house. They use door dash. I called two different times with in 5 minutes and got two different prices fir the same items

Waited nearly 2 hours for a delivery for the whole family, which never arrived while it continued to show in progress on the tracker. Finally called only to be told that they never started the order, only canceled it because they didn't have any more large pans. No one bothered to call and tell me and the kid on the phone did not even care or apologize. Will never give this Pizza Hut my business again.

Anytime we pass through without a load we stop to get breadsticks. This store has the best Pizza Hut breadsticks. They are cooked perfectly and topped with a great blend of seasoning.
Placed an order online and it was ready when I arrive. Gentleman working by himself but I was immediately greeted me upon entering. Very pleasant and thanked me for my business when I left. Take care of this guy as he takes care of the customers!

Really the attention is very bad and the service too. Last night I placed my order and arrived 10 minutes before they closed and the boy passes many times in front of me and ignored that he was there. He didn’t want to attend to me and he had already made the payment

I placed my order, the boy who works in there was there, he didn't go out, they didn't give me my food, they ignored me, they charged my card money and it was about an hour ago that this happened. I need to be given a solution since I really don't recommend this place for a night meal or passing by, very bad experience, nor do they deserve a single star. Fatal!!!!!

Awful experience. Store was “open” until 1am. Placed an order at 11:45pm and the store charged my credit card and then never delivered the pizza. Drive to the store at 12:30 to find they were closed. Sign on the door says open until 1am. Would not come here again.

I placed and order yesterday that was cancelled and when I called the store back after waiting for them to pick up the phone the pick the phone up and hung right up before I could even utter a word. To let let them know since my order was cancelled is there anyway I can pick up my food instead of send a Uber driver because my food was stolen or either never delivered. Even when I sat outside for 30 mins waiting for them to come and the person doing the Uber never came and now Im not able to get my free pizza that was given to my the night before because my order arrived late the night before. So now it took my coupon as redeemed when I never redeemed it.
Shift lead Laurie was extremely rude over the phone. Ordered pizza, missing items from an order and all they offered me was store credit. God forbid I actually get my money back to go order somewhere else that will give me what I ordered. When I told Laurie about the situation she proceeded to hang up on me mid conversation.

Our pizza was wrong but still really good. There were 7 of us and 5 pizzas and our server seemed inexperienced. All the other pizzas were correct and we did not mention that our pizza was wrong because everyone was so kind. We just ate it. Another employee, Jack, was very knowledgeable and kind. We called ahead and he had tables ready for us when we arrived. Thank you for taking good care of us and our guests. Clean and comfortable.
