Manager sucks, the whole store sucks. They donāt answer the phone and send you to India for some even worse call center customer service. Pizza Hut is on its way out!! If they donāt have a driver, which they never do then they send it out through door dash which is awful as well!! Complete mess!!! Save yourself the hassle and order anywhere but Pizza Hut!! Would give it zero stars if I could š¤·āāļø

Wow I mean Iāve had bad service before but never outright theft. I ordered some pizza for my family and I. When the pizza arrived one was clearly the incorrect pizza so much so it was not salvageable. I called the store and was met with aggression and dismissed saying they would not refund the pizza because they couldnāt. Stating I need to call in the next day to speak with Rich because they did not have the authority. I called today and was met with the same aggressive behavior from a different employee who cut me off as I was trying to explain the situation and still no refund on the pizza because once again I was told they ādidnāt have the authorityā and he had 5 people in the store. I was told to call back again on Monday to start this whole process over again. Donāt waste your time with this location

I placed an online order and I was trying to get a regular hand tossed pepperoni cusp pepperoni I guess somehow it did it as a tavern and I don't even know what a tavern is but it's thin crust and I cannot do thin crust I can't chew it so I called the store to ask them if they could remake it and I will send the pizza back but he refused and said he could not do anything because it's what was ordered but I was willing to give the food back and as wanted something I can eat his name was Michael the assistant manager ... The pasta was fine I just wanted to remake on the pizza and I was willing to send the pizza back for another one....

I work off of Cedar Bluff so I stop in here quite a bit. Usually every time I go Rich is working. He is one of the most kind and personable people I have ever met. He made many of my bad days better because of his kindness. This is by far my favorite Pizza Hut location because of him. Give this man a raise! You don't find customer service like this anymore. We love ordering pizza from the cedar bluff location. It is always cooked perfectly and tastes great! The staff at this location are always kind and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied.
Rich was very helpful and so friendly. I had pulled off the interstate to pick up something to get out of wreck traffic and Rich's friendly demeanor and great attitude was exactly what I needed after a frustrating drive.

Rich was great today, very kind and personable, the food was made quickly and with care and it looked and smelled fantastic. Would definitely recommend for a quick lunch stop! He explained all the deals they have available to me at the time of my visit and made me feel very welcomed!

If I could leave a big fat -0- ZERO I WOULD!!!! I'm new to the neighborhood and found the closest pizza hut near me cause I love Thier pizza! I called and ordered a large meat lovers pizza the last hour this store was open last night (which was a Saturday). Go there [o pick it up and the 3 gentleman standing at the front swore up and down they had no order for anyone by that name, no call in order, no nothing!! Needless to say I was not happy not happy at all!! I will be calling to speak with a manager and if they don't do anything about it I'll make a complaint to corporate, as this was unexceptable in every way. This is not how you run a business if you want repeat customers for sure!

Bought a 10.99 pan pizza off a deal on the app and showed up and they tried to charge me 17.99. Then I realized they gave me a hand tossed pizza instead of a pan pizza and they would not make another one. Just lost a customer.
