I ordered delivery today and got a pizza with garlic and it looks like someone just dumped the entire jar of jarlic on there its almost inedible. Tried several times to call and get a refund or replacement pizza and can't get ahold of anyone. The pepperoni pizza I ordered was fine but the fact I can't get ahold of the store to get a refund or replacement for this terrible inedible pizza one star.

This place has gone downhill so hard in the last 2 years. My last pizza was the last straw. Pizza was delivered via Doordash and arrived over an hour after placing it, cold. The quality is bad, the service is worse.

I pulled up and they were having computer issues on a game day even with that they were able to get me my order since I had ordered ahead online. They were very quick and very nice.

WHEN I GOT THERE I TOLD THEM SINCE NO ONE ASKED FOR MY NAME OR NUMBER, IT'S PROBABLY UNDER MY NUMBER. Took way too long and the FF cough was still raw I did not eat more then a few bites and I wasn't about to go back or call cause that's never worked out for me cause nothing is ever done about it.. sadly with all said I WILL NEVER EVER EAT AT PIZZA HUT AGAIN at least that location it's happened many many times and I wanted to give the benefit of doubt hoping it would be better each time but that store failed me so much so it's deterring me to even try another location because pizza hut was my favorite place to get pizza but now it's more then questionable

This is the worst location I ever have to deal with, my roommate orders from here for us and I hate it. Pizza's are always wrong (not gross just not correct), calling in is useless cuz they literally answer the phone and leave it sitting so you can hear the store noise but nobody actually takes your order or they take 1 detail before going silent, and they're all always short with you like you're an inconvenience to their day. Hate this location
