I’ve never left a negative review before, but I was shocked by my experience here today. The staff was so unbelievably rude before we even sat down. They weren’t just inattentive, they were downright dismissive and disrespectful when we asked to be seated. We left and went to Tennessee pizza instead! Much better anyways. By the way this was the one on Chapman highway.

Worst Pizza Hut in the world. Made me wait 40 minutes for an order then when I’m visibly frustrated and ask when will it be done, the manager and employees cuss you out and go off. What a terrible experience. Never come here. Short staffed, takes forever to make a pizza. Maybe invest in some more ovens. Pathetic. All the workers there need to be fired and that whole store needs to be reworked.

I was pleasantly surprised by this pizza! I ordered on the app (a pep and cheese tavern pizza) to be delivered and it was on my doorstep 20 minutes later. It was hot and delicious with good coverage of sauce/cheese/spices/pepperoni.

This is the best pizza hut left around. Not only was the food good and fast but the people were wonderful. Unfortunately I don't have his name but the gentleman working that day was a great help when we didn't know what to order. He made the experience fun and less stressful when trying to decide what our autistic son would want. This will always be our go to pizza hut.

By far the worst pizza hut ever. Food was over cooked, the wings had hardly any sauce and was so hard I broke my tooth biting it. Left out 2 of the extra sauces. When I called the store and asked for a manager the girl that answered yells out I need a Manger I guess I'm not good enough. When the manager Mary gets the phone she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She wanted to argue that she knew for a fact that the sauces were in there when that food left the store. And that it's impossible to over cook the wings because they were on a timer. Well that might be true but if the cook doesn't pull them when the timer goes off then you're going to have overcooked wings. I understand the sauces were a total of a $1.50 but in total I spent $41 and have food that have of it can't be eaten. When you're on a budget and you only splurge once a month you kinda want it to be good. I have never in my life dealt with such rudeness.

Parking: Plenty of parking usually about 5 or 10 spots available
Kid-friendliness: The employees really cool with my kids and that goes a long way

Just ordered the triple treat box for dinner and was disappointed. There wasn’t any pizza sauce on there. And the pepperonis were off.

Pizza here is usually so good. It does absolutely needs less grease! Must’ve changed cooks recently because this time it was awful. Pizza did not taste the same. Won’t go back for awhile. 🙁
