Every time we go to a pizza hut for the tiny buffet they have, the food is always old and nasty. There is usually only 2 tiny pizzas and somw pasta up there and its like 10 bucks per person! We won't be going back.

I had a different concept of this restaurant. The buffet is terrible, we had to wait for more pizza. The macaroni was there for a long time. I couldn't find a salad. The gas station has more options than this restaurant

Sign outside now says they have a buffet. That’s what we went for, but the buffet bar is still shut down. The sign previously said “buffet coming soon” for many months but the “coming soon” part was gone. So I figured that meant it was up and running. Misleading. Wait time was long & we didn’t get refills or a to go box for leftovers. Pizza wasn’t very good compared to what it used to be. Bad service and wasn’t worth the price. Won’t be going back.

Waited over an hour after the order was supposed to be ready. The lobby was full of others in the same situation. Staff moved slowly and showed no sign of care.

Can't rate food, could not order. Can rate customer service, a negative 5 stars. Called 3 different times and could not talk to anyone except a call center! They transferred me back to the store and was on hold again!! On hold 3 different times total of over 15 minutes. Would be nice if someone would answer the phone to take an order or answer a question. Guess that's asking too much. If you don't want business then just close up shop

I went to the buffet to day 2-14-25 it cost 26 bucks to get to pizza to pick for and a soda very sad
It was the worst pizza , service and communication ever! None of our order was brought to the table together. When I asked about the chicken wings , I got brushed off by being told they take longer. They never made them! I was told every time I asked the sane thing. The server acted like she knew nothing , had to go back and ask someone else everything I asked about. A menu was brought to me with no prices. The chicken wings were finally brought out after all out pizzas were gone. I'll never go back here again!

We ordered mild wings and they gave us the burning hot and they were awful. We also ordered pasta and was supposed to get cheese sticks with them and did not. The service was poor and unfriendly. One of the worst pizza hits we’ve been to.

EVERYONE OUTPIZZAS THE HUT WITH LITTLE EFFORT!!!! Pizza Hut has been my favorite place to eat since I was 6. Now 34 and I just threw away an entire pizza I got from there as soon as I took one bite. I mean it was disgusting, cheap ass Walmart brand sauce, cheap ass Walmart brand crust(I know that taste and smell anywhere). Seriously a diguorna would of been better and half the price, tostinos makes better damn pizzas. Really pissed me off with this one. 3640$ annually, that's how much I spend at this restaurant eating there once a week for the last 28 years. That's how much money you've lost every year after this half ass job you sold me. Looking forward to you going out of business.

I havent been to this location in years until today and it looks like nothing has changed. I was on hold for almost 20 minutes and they just keep picking up for long enough to say "Pizza Hut please hold" repeatedly. I chose the option for curbside, and the pizza only took 15 minutes to make!! I kept trying to say no after several minutes and that I've been on hold for 20 minutes but they put me back on hold before I can even say the word no. I just want to let them know I'm here for pickup. It would take 20 seconds. But they wouldn't know that because they won't let me get a word in edgewise and ignored me. Then after 20 minutes on hold, they hung up on me. So I started trying to call back in. They hung up on me a grand total of THIRTEEN times in a row. I ONLY ordered from Pizza Hut because of the curbside pickup because I have an exhausted and sleeping toddler that I needed to STAY asleep so he didn't cry for the rest of the day. At this point I'm honestly concerned they did something to my food. If they are petty enough to act like children (there was a male voice and a female voice) then what else are they petty enough to do. Sad to see this place has gone downhill, I worked at this location as a teen and the GM always took care of customers. This whole experience was just pure laziness. Only 3 cars in the parking lot and when I finally woke the toddler to go inside there were 4 employees and only 1 appeared to be working while we watched them pick up and hang up the phone while I called with my cell in my hand. We won't be returning. There's too many pizza places to deal with this unprofessional, childish behavior.
