Never answer the phone. Love Pizza Hut pizza. The service is not worth the wait!

Sat 20 min being ignored and had to yell and ask about my order to be told that it’s not ready, management here is a joke and doesn’t consider that when customers come in they would like to know how long they are waiting for as opposed to guessing. It takes 60 seconds to tell a customer that their order is in the oven or not. I will not be dinning here ever again. And to find out that my order was sitting behind them so they lied about it. I wish I could leave 0 stars
Ordered the new Tuesday special $2 one topping personal pan hamburger pizza. Very good just wish they would be more generous with the meat. Always a little skimpy in that department. Do better here and your sales will improve.

Update 7/25/25 - This place has been excellent since my last review. Food has been fresh, on time, and no issues. Updating my rating.
We have had issues the last 3 times we have ordered pizzas here. This time we ordered a medium pizza half/half - one side for me, one side for my wife. Instead of 4/4 slices...we received 5/3...with 5 slices having the meat toppings. Needless to say my wife was not happy. I guess it is time to try Dominos out again.

What happened? They used to make the best pizza ever. My husband and I went on a Sat evening. There was no salad bar so I asked to order 2 salads. The guy said he didn't know how to make one but maybe somebody could? We ordered a pitch of beer, which they no longer have either. So,we ordered 2 singles. He brought them to the table saying there was a limit to 2 beers and no sharing. WHAT A JOKE! Won't go back.

This place is extremely slow. An hour behind what the scheduled pickup time was. This is the 3rd time the pickup times were way off. Do not recommend in Halls.

Don’t bother going to this pizza hut. I decided since I hadn’t had it in a while I would give it a try! Big mistake, because I placed my online order, went to pick it up, after 15 minutes of driving I got inside only to find out they don’t have any cheese to make the pizzas.
So I can place an online order for the product at that store, finish the check out, but when I get there you’ve falsely advertised something you can’t make? That’s ridiculous.
On top of that, the gentlemen at the counter are rude as can be.
What is the point in leaving a call back number on an order? They could have saved me my time and gas to go pick something up, just by giving me a quick call.
Honestly I hope that whoever runs pizza hut sees this, because I will not be returning to any pizza hut ever again, simply because of the incompetency and rudeness of staff.
I appreciate getting my time wasted.

I called and ordered a classic pepperoni pizza. It was $24 for one large pizza to be delivered which is honestly pricey- but who cares. After an hour goes by, I try numerous times to contact the store to see why the ordered had not arrived or at least get an update on the process. No answer. I use the online chat option in which I was then instructed to wait 3 business days before my “case was escalated”. So I consider that a dead end. I decide the only option is to just drive down there myself to get my money back. Of course, I was then told that’s not possible as they can not issue a refund from the store - I have to get a refund with whoever I ordered the pizza from. They explained they do not have delivery drivers and that I would have to take it up with DoorDash. I explained that I called THAT STORE to order over the phone- no door dash- no online order. The employee continues to say he can do nothing. I told him he has two options, give me the missing pizza or give me $24 and he ends up handing me a pizza. I get home only to notice that it’s BURNT. So a total of 2 hours worth of trouble and a burnt pizza , but I’m still going to eat it because I paid for it!!!! Terrible system, ignorant employees, customer service numbers that don’t work or just ring endlessly, chat bots that say it’ll be 3 business days for a response.. all in all a TOTAL joke. I will never eat here or recommend this place.

Every time we go to a pizza hut for the tiny buffet they have, the food is always old and nasty. There is usually only 2 tiny pizzas and somw pasta up there and its like 10 bucks per person! We won't be going back.

I had a different concept of this restaurant. The buffet is terrible, we had to wait for more pizza. The macaroni was there for a long time. I couldn't find a salad. The gas station has more options than this restaurant

Sign outside now says they have a buffet. That’s what we went for, but the buffet bar is still shut down. The sign previously said “buffet coming soon” for many months but the “coming soon” part was gone. So I figured that meant it was up and running. Misleading. Wait time was long & we didn’t get refills or a to go box for leftovers. Pizza wasn’t very good compared to what it used to be. Bad service and wasn’t worth the price. Won’t be going back.

This the worst pizza hut I have ordered from in knoxville. They set the wrong order and made wait 2hrs for my pizza.
Waited over an hour after the order was supposed to be ready. The lobby was full of others in the same situation. Staff moved slowly and showed no sign of care.

Can't rate food, could not order. Can rate customer service, a negative 5 stars. Called 3 different times and could not talk to anyone except a call center! They transferred me back to the store and was on hold again!! On hold 3 different times total of over 15 minutes. Would be nice if someone would answer the phone to take an order or answer a question. Guess that's asking too much. If you don't want business then just close up shop
