It has been a challenging time for our local Pizza Hut especially on delivery. Instead of ordering delivery, we made the decision to order pick up since we are less than 3 minutes away. They are always customer focus and make sure my pizza is as ordered. Last night I was there and back in less than 5 minutes since it was waiting on me (just out of oven) when I arrived.

Ordered from the $7 menu for some sides. Based on the below screenshot for cheese sticks, I was expecting 10 cheese sticks. When I called to inform Pizza Hut, they informed me that only 5 cheese sticks are part of that deal. The advertised price and qty of sticks are shown when I ordered. Therefore, there is not a debate. I am disappointed that Pizza Hut didn’t honor their mistake.

This location doesn't deliver to my house but delivers directly across the street from us, I made a joke about this to an employee who informed me to reach out to customer service to find out why. Here's where the issue comes in, customer service is just autobot answers, no real person to talk to so the email I received doesn't explain why they dont deliver to the right side of the street, they just deliver on the left. Customer service should have an actual person that knows how to read to respond to people instead of just a loop of frustration to get one simple answer ( that has still yet to be answered)

Delivery tracker didn't work. Food was out for delivery for over an hour. Attempted to contact restaurant twice and put on hold for >10 min each time. Asked to speak to manager but hung up after being placed on hold again. When pizza finally showed up drive handed out his realtor business cards.

We were going to dine in and after standing in line waiting for a menu we were told to have a seat he would be with us in a minute.We waited for 10 minutes and realized he was not coming to our table. They also waited on the people thay waited behind us in line.We were the only customer in the store. While waiting we witnessed employess touching their noses and hair and then food without washing their hands. We got up and the employee asked if we were going to leave. I said yes thats obviously what you wanted us to do...no aplogy or anything from him.

Pizza was not as ordered. Ordered pan got thin crust. Hard as a rock and cold. They forgot the drinks on the delivery and had to go back and get them.

I would like a full refund of the $87 and chang I paid to your store on Maynardville Pike on Saturday Nove 11th at 5:42pm. We placed a delivery order. We were asked to pay a driver tip. I added a $10 online. After waiting a very ling time for our food to arrive, we found out our order had been changed to carryout. I went to pick up our food and when I got home, I realized our food was cool and looked old and hard. We also have missing food items in our order. Immediately, we called he store and after politely explainging the issue, we were sent to a complaint line without ever hearing the person on the other line speak at all. My receipt says I paid $77 and change but my bank account says you took the additional $10 for the driver tip. What food we did get that night was horrible. It truly was.I would like a refund of the tip I paid the driver that never showed up, for ther missing food and for the poor quality of what food we did get. Ticket #0109One last thing, We paid extra for pan crust but did not get it.
