The employees were amazing however the pizza crust was old like it was ver y chewy .kind of strange actually never had that happen before that I can remember.

The food was good but the place smelled of mold that someone tried to mask with pine based cleaner. But what capped it off was some female supervisor was reprimanding and bellyaching loud enough that everyone in the restaurant could hear it. The supervisor was talking about being there "since 6:00" (we went to the restaurant around 6PM 8/31). The tables weren't wiped that well. I could see rust spots on the towel dispenser. The place was understaffed with poor Kai having to do most of the work. Get some more staff, keep the ones doing the work, and revamp or rebuild the building.

You can never replace the classic feel of this restaurant! If the new one is delivery or carry out only, there will be no real reason to choose pizza hut anymore. Please please please reconsider keeping the location!!

There were only 2 people working & they did a wonderful job dealing with customers. Food was wonderful, hot & fresh!
They are open, but they don't offer table service anymore. You have to order first at the front desk and you can eat it at the restaurant but there is no service at the table.

I really hate to hear Kate was let go and no longer works here as a server. Her service was a big improvement to the service in this restaurant. I've witnessed the manager being unprofessional to the staff as well as the customers. She says the most inappropriate things, I suppose she feels that because she is the manager, she can speak to people anyway she pleases. I can't believe that they let Kate go, but keep a manager that has made customers leave before they were even seated. Also, this manager has 2 family members working at this location alongside her. Makes no sense. This could be a fantastic location.
I hope they can stay in business, they have been there a long time. I pick up my orders. When I picked up my last order, they have basically "closed" the dining room.... you can order pizza/drink, etc "to go" and sit inside, but there will not be a waitress. As always, my pizza was DELICIOUS.

I've never been here, I'm sure their pizza is delicious like all pizza hut pizza is. However, I just wanted to let them know that their phone number may be compromised. I received an automated phone call from this number saying that my visa card had an overdue balance that needed to be paid. Not sure if there's anything they can do to fix that but just wanted to make the owners aware.
