This location has seriously gone down hill. Months ago my friend and I came for dinner, were sat, ordered, and after waiting for an hour and a half for food that never came we left. This past Saturday (August 31st) I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again and i drove there and arrived at around 5:30 pm. There were two workers just sitting at the front talking and they had blocked off the dining room and closed it. They were doing nothing but obviously riding the clock. I asked if I could dine and was told no, as if the context clues weren't enough. I promptly turned around and left. If they can't have the dining room open close the store completely. To turn away business on a saturday night is crazy. I will not be patronizing this location ever again. I'll take my hard earned money else where. Clearly no one cares about this location or running a good business. I have never seen such a poorly run restaurant. Someone has to be aware and just doesnt give a crap. Id beware ordering anything from here considering how careless and unprofessional they are. Beware! Try another location or shop at a different company all together.

My last 3 orders were undercooked, wrong crust or toppings. Was supposed to get a 10.00 credit on my next order and if course they had no record of it. I'm done with pizza hut. Oh yea forget, very rude assistant manager.

You shouldn’t advertise hours , to find out upon arrival during these hours I’m unable to order dine in. I was one person that drove 20 mins because I wanted Pizza Hut. You could have allowed me to eat in your dining room. Turning away business surely doesn’t do anything positive for your sales or your business.

Really like to go to places that I can sit down. It reminds me of when I was young, we only have one facility around here in Knoxville, Tennessee, that I can actually go in and sit down and have pizza Hut!!!!!

I love the great atmosphere at this Pizza Hut! The employees were exceptionally nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The music was great, and not too loud. The place was very clean, even the bathrooms. And the pizza and garlic breadsticks were so delicious! We will definitely be back!
Posting a good review because even though our initial order was not correct, the delivery driver Michael was very courteous and returned immediately with the correct order, which I really appreciated. I know the restaurant business is not easy and that workers operate under a lot of pressure so I want to offer some encouragement.

Trying to request a side order of bbq sauce and I can’t even get ahold of the store. Sat on hold for 20 minutes only to speak to a call center. So frustrating that I can’t even get ahold of the store and I can barley understand the guy on the phone.

I was told, “You can’t do that, you can’t fill your own drink. This is not a self-service restaurant.”
But we received no service. We sat ourselves. We ordered our food using the app. They brought our drinks and food out to the counter and we had to take them to the table. And never once were we asked if we needed anything… like a refill.
