TINY PORTIONS & A NO REFUND POLICY! ZERO STARS!!!I went into Platinum wings to get boneless wings for me and my wife. I ordered 20 boneless wings and sides. When I received my order it was 17 TINY chicken nuggets, 1 very small cup of ranch sauce and one piece of regular white bread toast. My order cost $25.99 for what could only feed one person...definitely not worth the price! When I arrived home and looked at the order and realized I was unhappy with the portion size so I drove back to Platinum wings to ask for a refund. When I returned the food and asked for a refund I was informed that "they do do refunds" at which point they referred to a small sign stating NO Refunds hidden behind some store merchandise. The staff was obviously irritated with me for this and eventually begrudgingly offered to "remake my order right". All I wanted was to eat some chicken without this level of inconvenience. I would give Platinum wings 0 stars if I could. This place will never have my business again.

Just stopped here for the first time about 30 mins ago. They were friendly and took my order right away. Took about 15 mins for them to cook so they were nice and fresh. I got the spicy dry rub. Wings were crunchy and tasty a little salty for me and I like a lot of salt. I will definitely go back and try the sauced wings next time. Only issue was I ordered 15 but only got 10. I’m sure they will take care of that on my next visit. Definitely worth the stop

Although the food is amazing. The customer service doesn't match. The attitude from the young lady was a bit much. Sadly I won't be returning. The advice I would give to her is be careful what you say and do, you don't know who knows who. First impression is everything. That's important for any business owner to keep in mind. ??

Went for the first time today , the 2 young ladies are very polite and friendly. I asked what is the best sellers cause I had 2 in mind(sweet n spicy rub the other was spicy garlic) they both said them 2 so I went with my first opinion Sweet n Spicy, OMG the rub is delicious and the wings were cooked perfectly. Will definitely restrung when I’m in Knoxville and try the Spicy Garlic

I like to go to locally owned places and I was not disappointed. We got spicy garlic and plane wings also fried okra. The wings are lightly breaded just the right amount. The seasoning on the okra was perfect.
