The coffee shop in the lobby of the Graduate Hotel, I was here for some wifi and coffee to start the day. It was my first "office" and while it was comfortable for a bit, it wasn't great for more than an hour or two. I found the wifi to be a bit on the slow side and the only power outlets are on a big community table, but my latte was lovely.
Metered parking all around unless you're a guest of the hotel.
Parking: Free parking for hotel guests otherwise metered parking.

I really like how this space is open to everyone, not just people staying at the hotel. The coffee was average but the barista was friendly, helpful, and patient since I had a hard time making up my mind. It’s super warm, fuzzy, and cozy on the inside with tons of places to sit and hook up your laptop. If you like to study in quieter places during the day, this is good! The coffee was average, more on the bland side.

Considering the fact this coffee shop is located in what is supposed to be a “boutique” hotel, this coffee bar is less than special. Very sub par bagel served in a styrofoam box and the coffee was nothing special. There was only one employee behind the counter and a line of people. Won’t be back. Won’t recommended to anyone.
