Really fresh tasting good meal. Located in the god court at West Town Mall. Yep, good food court food. Not something you can say often.

I have never had a poke bowl. Having skipped lunch by necessity, due to previously scheduled engagements, I ended up at West Town Mall at 3 o'clock in the aftternoon. I was famished. I don't usually seek out food courts as a destination, but I was really hungry. I was hungry for something light, not fried - something vegetarian. Among the restaurants represented, one had green beans, one had bean sprouts and two had rice, but those offerings would not suffice. When I stopped here, I was encouraged by the colorful, fresh veggies. The worker explained the 5-steps in composing your bowl from choosing your base (rice), any combination of veggies you liked, your protein, topping and finally, your sauce. I dived in and was rewarded with a fresh and delicious blending of tastes. It was more than sufficient to cure my cravings. I walked away completely satisfied and determined to recommend this to friends. It was only $9.50 with a drink. And like Arnold Schwarzenegger said: I'll be back.

I have been here quite a few times now and I feel its time to leave a review. This place never fails to satisfy. Being from the west coast and having amazing sushi and poke at my fingertips I struggled to find it after moving to Knoxville. I just happened to try you guys one day while cruising the mall. I have successfully gone through two punch cards here. Its amazing and I find myself driving to west town specifically because of how fresh the ingredients are and because of how genuine the staff are. Bravo Poke Bros. I can't wait for your new location.

Says hours open at 10am but I guess the employees didn’t get the memo. Maybe next time.

The food is fantastic! If you like sushi, this is a great place to go! It is like a big bowl of customisable sushi!

This was so great, I struggle to refer to it as mall food! I got the Duke on a salad bed and it was restaurant quality in both flavors and portions.

This may be my new favorite meal. You build your bowl exactly how you want it. Rice, salad, or combo base. Then add your protein, flavor, and toppings. Great fresh fish options for protein, but also chicken and vegetarian available.

Service was a tad slow for how busy the mall is, but the food was really tasty. My daughter asked to go here when we said we were going to the mall. The variety of ingredients to put in a "Build your own bowl " is great and the quality is high. If you like sushi, you will love Poke Bros.

This was a great surprise! Tastes like you are at a Wasabi! Like sushi in a bowl. It was delicious, far more than expected from mall food!

Nothing really to write home about. It's deconstructed sushi rolls. Not saying it wasn't good, it's just not up my alley for the price point.

Food had great flavor however is not a good value. I paid $13 (no drink), 4 oz scoop of rice, 3 oz of warm raw vegetables, (your refridgeration may be off), 2 oz of imitation crab meat and 2 oz of spicy tuna.(extra $1). The Ginger coconut dressing however was amazing.

I really love this place. It's nice to have something fresh and healthier than the normal mall food. You can completely customize your bowl and they have so many options there is something for everyone. The fish seemed really fresh and the rice was perfect. Definitely recommend eating here.
