Garlic Spam Musubi

This Is our version of the "swoon-worthy Hawaiian snack" (The Washington Post) in the tradition of Japanese onigiri. We season and sear a slice of Spam, place it on a bed of white rice, add flavor with our sweet shoyu sauce and garlic crisps, and wrap the whole thing in nori.

Hot Miso Soup

Our take on the traditional Japanese soup consists of dashi stock, miso paste with diced tofu added.

Side of Surimi Salad

Our velvety fish-based substitute for crab is combined with Japanese mayo to bring out an umami flavor.

Everytime I'm in the area, I stop by this location. 🙏 I asked the guy to make me two poke bowls of whatever he makes for himself and they were amazing 🤤 Flavors and textures I never thought to combine. I always request for them to create the bowls, but it only works out well at the cedar bluff location. 🤷

My husband and I used to order poke from pokeworks frequently via DoorDash. In the last several months, we began receiving wrong orders. Items were either missing in our bowls or we had items in our bowls that we didn’t even order. The last time we ordered was 3 months ago, until we decided to try it again tonight. Mistake. We had items in our bowls that weren’t in the order. I went back and even double checked my order to make sure I hadn’t accidentally added them and I...

I get the Ahi Tuna Pokébowl almost every week! It’s a good portion size and makes me feel like I’m eating a healthy meal. It’s also about 17$ (including a modest tip) so it’s not an everyday option.
