Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My wife and I stopped by this Popeyes location for dinner. When placing our order, I kindly asked for condiments to be added to make things smoother on both ends. Unfortunately, when we received our food, there were no condiments in the bag. I asked again, and while the employee eventually provided them, there seemed to be a bit of confusion. What really stood out, though, was the way my food was packaged or rather, not packaged. I didn’t even receive a proper box or tray for my meal. Also, no eating utensils were included for my coleslaw either. Thankfully, my wife let me use the lid from her box just so I could eat comfortably. It’s disappointing when small details like this are overlooked, especially when you’re just trying to enjoy a simple meal together. Hope the team can take this feedback and improve the experience for the next guests.

Popeyes can really be hit or miss. This one is in a gas station. They were out of some fountain drinks and we were directly to get them at the gas station. The chicken was so so and for the price, the pieces should be bigger.

I've been to this Popeyes before when it first opened and it was great now the food is so bad that that the breading on my chicken was raw the flour on my chicken was raw. I attempted to call multiple times to tell them that this was an issue nobody ever answers the phone there I am very disappointed and I will not go back there again they have lost my business and all of my friends and families business as well

Ordered a 12 piece meal asked for extra thighs instead of drumsticks. Explained that I asked for this last time as well and got drum sticks instead of thighs. Was told I'd have to pay extra for the extra thighs. I agreed and paid extra. Got home and surprise!! Did not get the thighs I asked for but got drum sticks again! Piss pour service and attention to detail. Tried to call multiple times to ask for manager and no one answers the phone.

Good food but they really need workers that don’t take forever and a day. 20 minutes to prepare my food while 5 other cars got theirs before mine is wild
