Popeyes can really be hit or miss. This one is in a gas station. They were out of some fountain drinks and we were directly to get them at the gas station. The chicken was so so and for the price, the pieces should be bigger.
I was very disappointed in our order tonight. We were headed home and were considering another chicken place and I suggested Popeyes. My husband loves the red beans and rice and I love the tenders with Mardi Gras mustard. They were out of red beans and rice, and cole slaw so he got mashed potatoes. It came with 2 sides. He ordered mac and cheese which he didn't really want but there wasn't many choices. It was 50 cents extra. I ordered tenders with fries....
Monday, April 21st, at around 4 p.m., the daughter and I decided to go and try one of everything from the limited pickle menu. We went through the drive thru, and the service was fast, and the ladies were super friendly. Our chicken sandwiches were fresh and hot 🔥! The fried pickles and pickle wings were hot 🔥 and crispy!
