Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Don’t bother if you are trying to get any food in their last hour. I understand it sucks to have people order food a half hour before you close..I’ve worked in the restaurant industry…but sometimes that is just how it goes!
I went here at 9:30 pm to find the door locked and so I went to the drive thru. I tried to order spicy tender combos and she told me they didn’t have any spicy tenders. So I ordered a 3pc classic. When I tried to order another 5 piece combo…she proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have 5 more. I asked if she could make the chicken! I mean…it is a restaurant where they make these things after all. She said no because their fryers were turned off because they close at 10. It is not 10…you don’t have 8 chicken tenders to sell me??!!

I love Popeyes but this establishment is a joke and a disappointment every time I try to go.

Chicken sandwich was good, just needs something other than Mayo. Service was spectacular, food came out quickly and with a smile. Only complaint is that the drive thru is hard to navigate with a big vehicle.

None of my order was correct. The chicken was dry, The biscuits were hard, the fries were cold, and they asked me if I wanted something to drink but they were out of everything. Then as I went to pull around to the window, I hear the girl cussing at me. I will never return here!!!!

Dirty tables not wiped down. Smells like death. Service was sad employees had better things to do than service customers. Me and wife ordered separately she got her food in 15 minutes it was wrong but she ate it anyway. I ordered at the same time and waited 45 minutes and my order was wrong. Got tired of waiting and asked for refund and was told they couldn’t refund me because I used there app.

We were in and out quickly. Food was great. Getting into the parking isn't easy. But we parked in the bank lot next door and had no issues. Definitely worth the parking lot issues

I have been to this locations a few times and the service and quality control is definitely lacking. Workers yelling at each other and order mistakes have been happening so often that it isn't worth going to this location. This place has the potential to be better but it needs some work.

Order number 921622 had my food Uber due to a broke ankle. Dasher was good. My order was suppose to be 12 signature hot wings. Order only has 8wings.and fries was all in the bag. Called store back but no answer. Was supposed to be divided between two people 6 and 6. Counted wings 3 times couldn't believe the shorted me 4 wings. How is that possible. Highly disappointed. My order came to $25.80 a d didn't get what I paid for.

I placed 2 separate orders. Then, after waiting 50 minutes, when my orders were ready, both orders were combined. It took extra time to separate them. When I got home, I discovered that the shrimp was overcooked and the red beans and rice were a cup full of mush. The shrimp was like eating jerky. The worst meal I've had in years.

They pulled me forgot about me. And I spent almost 50 dollars. And forgot half my food not happy .so what you all going to do about it and this is not the first time ....

The chicken was juicy and succulent! Crispy outside and tender inside. The have good size portions. You could actually eat the meat on the wings. Got a 10 piece meal with 2 sides and the Mac and cheese was soooo good! Popeye's in Halls is the bomb!

Food was great. Fresh. Servings very small and prices are super high. $33 for 2 5 piece STRIP meals. This is a one time a year stop off at best.

Myself and my mother ate lunch at this location.
I have to say the manager (male) on duty for lunch approximately 3:30pm Monday was very pleasant, helpful, and fast. Was doing front end ,drive thru and getting orders ready. Friendly, great customer service. Food order was correct, fresh, and hot.

I never write reviews unless it’s absolutely awful (1 star worthy) or amazing (5 star worthy). This Popeyes was terrible in both aspects, service and food. I was hoping just the service was bad, but then after trying a few bites of my chicken, fries, and even biscuit…I gave up. Biscuit had no taste and was hard as a rock. Chicken was gritty, tough, and the breading was just falling off. Fries tasted old and cold. Won’t be going back to this Popeyes. I ate at a different Popeyes a couple of months ago and it was very good.
