This is a small unique sandwich shop that has a great variety. I had the mac & cheese myself with chilly and green peppers. They have a variety of additions you can add to their mac & cheese dish. They are not the cheapest place to eat but definitely one of the most affordable options in the downtown area of Knoxville.
