We LOVE Q’doba and this location did not disappoint. Their food was hot and delicious. I appreciate that there is not an up charge for everything like other similar restaurants. We stop every time we are in Knoxville.

First they get rid of the wheat tortillas, then they get rid of the corn tortillas. What’s next? No chicken?
I enjoyed Qdoba over their competitors because they had variety and healthier options than the standard flour tortilla. Now that they’ve stopped offering them, Qdoba is becoming no different than Chipotle or Salsaritas. Since Qdoba now has the same options as Salsaritas, I’ll be going there, since it’s closer to my house.
Hopefully Qdoba reconsiders.

This place is a hidden treasure. The food is always super fresh every time and puts Chipotle to shame. This particular location seems to be locally managed, and there’s an extra sense of pride and qualtiy of the experience there. If I could make a couple constructive statements, I would say it's always a little cringy being asked to tip on the card machine just for getting a bowl at a walk up counter. I get it's your prerogative to ask for a tip, but it turns me off when no table service was given. Also, maybe some of the newer staff came from Chipotle and skimp a little on portion size lately. This didn't used to be the case here, but last couple times I did notice I was still hungry after the bowl was done. But that said, the food is so good and fresh I give it 5 stars, and I'm willing to assume the portion size was a fluke and not a new way of doing things there.

I worked here for summer youth and it was horrible experience . The staff here is phony so beware they will laugh at you if you don't do something right or something they don't like and yell at you. They made summer youth kids do all the dirty work so the actual full time workers can sit around all day and do nothing. I got mocked here on multiple occasions also got bullied by the full time staff. There very unprofessional with customers and in all with everything. The one postive thing I will say is food was pretty decent. The location this was at was 2335 Richmond Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314 I will never eat here again because I felt discriminated took an advantage of. The workers here should all be investigated and fired.

Sparkly clean! We stop by a few times a year; there’s a noticeable difference this time! Everything is clean, from the service line to the tables and even the restroom was in better shape. My salad was fresh and crisp. The whole experience was like traveling back in time to a pre-pandemic restaurant experience.
Clean. Good service! Very nice staff. They saw my husband and I struggling to get the kids settled and food to the table and helped us carry our plates. Would come again.

Went to Qdoba the other day for the very first time. Ordered a chicken bowl. I had been at Chipotle the day before and had a somewhat disappointing experience where they were out of queso, out of corn salsa and skimpy on the ingredients. I found myself doordashing out west and needed a bite so I thought let's try Qdoba. I am SO glad I did. Wow. Friendly staff that seemed happy to be there, on the ball, they had one person cooking actively, so the ingredients were nice and fresh, another girl at the front section and a guy on the veggies/register. They were generous in their portions and so nice. Prompt. No problem pressing my boyfriends burrito *something they gripe about at Chipotle. I will def be back. It was delicious and so much food I couldn't eat it all. I was sad I couldn't take it with me as I still had lots of driving to do. Highly recommend checking this place out.
